Shower experience was Unpleasant. The check-in process was very long. In the rooms , you can actually hear when the other person is taking a shower or when they have their TV on. Very limited television channels which only covers Australian news. Outdated movies on Perth channels only! Power ports not working properly.

When paying nearly $500 for 3 nights in a solo room, I expected much more from this property. I have previously stayed in hotels just as close to the city with free Wifi, free parking, good amenities and friendly staff for half the price of this one. My first issue was the Wifi. When travelling, it’s essential for me to have a stable Wifi connection so I can do work, and while I thought it was really overpriced I paid $20 for “unlimited, fast wifi.” However, what I got was a connection that dropped out every 2 minutes, and after a few attempts it stopped connecting altogether. I contacted IT and they got it working for about 20 minutes, but then it happened again. I ended up having to spend $50 on phone data to hotspot as it wasn’t worth the hassle. Every time I flushed the toilet, the water would run until I opened the tank and closed it again. The water pressure in the shower was terrible, and it wasn’t very hot. I couldn’t get the movie channel on the TV either. $30 a day for parking is an absolute rip-off. It didn’t say this on the website, and I assumed it would be included in the premium room price. Overall, this hotel was not worth the money I spent on it, and I will stick to more ‘budget’ (but much better) accomodation next time.

Convenient and nice apartment hotel but unfortunately our stay was slightly spoilt with the water being cut off for plumbing maintenance for 4 hours in the middle of the day. Not ideal when you need to have showers to get ready to go out for an event.

We where attending a conference so the location was fantastic, nice large rooms with large bathroom, and walking distance to the city and restaurants. We where very impressed with Perth and would stay at Adina again.

Location Locatiob, we had a conference at the Convention Centre, to be able to walk stright out the door and be centre made life some much easier. The BAr and REstaraunt down stairs was great value and the food was brilliant...

If you are in PER and attending a conference at the Perth Convention &Exhibition Centre, then this is the closest accommodation- literally opposite entrance (60 metres) from PCEC. The apartments are large and of course there’s full cooking facilities, fridge and clothes washer if you are there for a longer stay. It looks like the place is very well used and while generally quite clean little things like dust on wall paintings, black grime on outside balcony and furnishings indicates it’s not thoroughly cleaned regularly. Black grout on the middle tiles on the bathroom floor (should be white as outside tiles near walls - the grout is white) creates a ‘grotty look’ but I’m sure it’s cleaned everyday. Im not sure about the attention to detail, as no sugar, tea in mini bar (equal sweetener packets had been wet previously so couldn’t use them), bins emptied but left on Kitchen floor with no bin liners. I’m probably sounding picky but it’s all about getting the little things right. Friendly and efficient front desk staff and besides the above small points I’d definitely stay again. 👍

The apartments are spacious, clean and comfortable. The proximity to Elizabeth Quay rail station being a 5 minute walk is great. Easily able to commute to Fremantle, North of Perth even Mandurah to the South. In the heart of the city but still quiet at night.

Very enjoyable stay in Perth, we were glad to have the easy way to the railway station and the free buses. We were mostly dropped off at Palmier Hilton by the tour buses, so it was a short walk to our hotel. We were on the 3rd floor - the views from the upper floors must be wonderful.

I love staying at Adina and have now stayed numerous times for work. Being a solo female business traveler I feel safe staying here and am comforted by the fact their is room service and an onsite restaurant which means I don't need to travel out on my own in the evenings for dinner. During my most recent business trip I stayed in a studio which was well equipped and very spacious. Despite being above or next to the bus terminal I had no issues with noise and slept like a baby. My only comment would be regarding the restaurant service, would be great to see some fruit options for breakfast and desert and some soup on dinner menu. Thanks for another pleasant stay

I stayed here for 10 days, firstly couldnt find the place as there are no signs, we were pretty much freezing in our room, rang and told them they brang a portable heater that didnt work, then they put temperature right up! I had to ring for toilet paper as they didnt leave any, like at all!!! Banging on the door 10am to clean the rooms, like hello we r here to relax and sleep in! Person at front desk just had no idea about anything i asked for!
