"We where very disappointed that the coffee shop and gift shop where closed for are entire stay also not one outdoor fire pit was lit and only one restaurant was open we come every February for my wife's birthday and may not be returning "

"This place shouldn’t be considered a resort and is extremely run down - the pictures are deceiving. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything your neighbors say and do. The staff was nice and upgraded our room but I called three times an hour before check in and no one answered and when we got to the hotel there were three workers chit chatting. 10 minutes after we checked in house keeping walked in on us which was very awkward. What was most disappointing was the pool and hot tub area. It was absolutely freezing and the pool wasn’t warm. The hot tub was lukewarm at best and the sauna was drafty. The pool bathrooms looked like they haven’t been touched in days with dried pee on the seats. You’re better off spending a little more money to stay at the deerhurst or staying at the home2suites in town. "

"The room was not cleaned or stocked properly. Went to have a shower and the shampoo bottle was empty.We didn't have enough tp for the day. They didn't leave full rolls or spare. The room didn't look like it was cleaned properly. Lots of dust, shower was not good and there was even a great big hand print on the mirror. When checking in I was told I booked 2 rooms when I didn't even checked email and Expedia app and from what I can see there only one room for 2 people. The was breakfast ok.The rooms are definitely not sound proof which was annoying when trying to sleep. Will not be back but loved Huntsville "
