Perfect location, walked to near by restaurant and stores. Front desk clerk was awesome. He helped us out with a few requests. Room was very clean. Would stay here again.

We had a few issues. We rented a room with a hot tub which is an extra charge and there was barely warm water coming from the tap. When i mentioned it i was dismissed then promptly told i cannot have my service dog in the office because they also serve breakfast there. Which i was about to have. I politely attempted to explain my service dog. Providing my medical note for having her. She was under control and this staff member had no reason to ask us to leave. Staff need to do better. Im a first reaponder who now needs this animal and dont appreciate being discriminated against by people who are unfamiliar with the law and how it involves their job.

Short walk to downtown was great, room very clean. Went for coffee in am, no coffee, 2 less than fresh bagels, and no one around. Very clean, staff were friendly when we met them on arrival. A little pricey but it was short notice booking. Walls are thin but it was peaceful and we had a great time in Huntsville.

If you have your own car the location is fine. Nice enough place, never had an issue with parking, room had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, TV channels were ok. Only took a star off because neighbours could be easily heard, luckily they got quiet around 11pm.

The rooms were exceptionally clean. The comp breakfast kept running out of coffee and supplies. The Ad had no mention of a $100 security deposit. The Staff member who checked us in had zero communication skills with clientele , bordering on rude

The rooms are dated; but we weren't staying in the room. Quick easy walk to town - quiet (despite being directly on the main road) Usual continental breakfast. See you next year :)

⭐ Manage your expectations — it’s not terrible, but not great. I stayed here for two weeks on a work assignment, paying over $2,000. The room appeared clean on entry, but issues quickly added up. Bedding & Comfort Pillows gave off that familiar old-bedding smell of scalp and sweat, and were flat “pancakes.” Duvet edges were stained greyish-black, as if never replaced. Bedding was only changed a week in, after I stripped it myself and left it by the door. Curtains had holes, and the air felt damp and heavy without the unit running. No outdoor lighting for units and the passing train made restful sleep difficult. Housekeeping & Maintenance Housekeeping only came when my car wasn’t in the lot, so basics like toilet paper were often missed. Fruit flies appeared around the vanity sink. The coffee maker didn’t work — it still had a stale packet from a previous guest, and the “complimentary” package was already opened. Facilities & Environment The TV had very limited channels and no pay-per-view. The window screen was popped out, making it unsafe to leave open. Smoking is allowed outside, but balconies aren’t divided, so an overflowing pail of cigarette butts sits as décor. Butts were also scattered in the lot. Final Note This is a basic roadside motel, so I knew to expect door-to-outside access. But for the price paid, the lack of upkeep, dampness, and disregard for simple basics dragged the stay down. Manage your expectations — not terrible, not great.
