You will be close to the Peoria Civic Center to catch sporting events, Concerts, & various shows, Fine dining awaits right around the block, and plenty of entertainment all withing a few blocks. You couldn't get a better location in an extremely safe neighborhood surrounded by hospital properties. 5-STAR living! We stayed in this property because it was centrally located to the 3 disc golf courses that my husband was playing at for the Ledgestone tournament. The property was nice on the inside, clean and I felt safe staying there while he was golfing. The neighborhood was not the greatest for morning walks by myself. That was a draw back because I do like my walks. The price was definitely worth it. The kitchen was sufficient and stocked with supplies and some spices. I did buy a crockpot for the place since there wasn't a large pot for soup or spaghetti. We would definitely stay here again if it's available for next year's tournament. Thank you

Nice house, nice host, nice parking, clean, and close to most things. Area isn't the greatest, good to not go on night strolls.
