Beautiful open balcony area. Rooms were nice, however there were Bobby pins next to the bed that weren’t mine and oddly.. a copper scrubbing pad sticking out of the mattress. (I dropped and was looking on the ground). The omelet station at breakfast was great. Beautiful view of the river.

Room was quiet and comfortable, but the furniture was old and stained. Also the room lacked modern connections, USB charging ports and easily accesible power plug ins that are readily present in most rooms we've stayed in recently.

The staff was very nice, the breakfast was wonderful, the rooms were clean and bed very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again!

Horrible experience. Breakfast was great but other than that - awful. Was also charged for parking without being notified

People were not wearing masks, and during breakfast??? Around food??? Smh… A dog was placed next to us and woke us up at 7:30 none stop barking until we complained….

Always love the made to order omelets, pancakes, waffles, etc. very personable staff at breakfast.

Very clean and great breakfast bar.

Pilars around front are beautiful, i would come here to photograph a wedding.

We've stayed here before and usually really enjoy it. It's a great hotel! This time, our room overlooked the river. We booked a King Suite and had lots of room to spread out, a comfortable bed, and a sofa that my daughter slept on comfortably as well. She could have used an extra blanket, but I turned the a/c off and the heat up a bit, so that was fine. The toilet is separated from the sink & mirror, so multiple people can use the bathroom sink and toilet at one time, especially nice for families. What wasn't so nice: there was a $10 parking fee in the lot. We were unaware of that at the time of booking. Also, the complementary breakfast was over at 9:30 am, with no grab & go options for guests that rose later. My children and I headed downstairs at 9:40 not realizing this. Lastly, the hot tub was closed. After a hectic trip, a busy evening, and a search for new swimsuits, we were very disappointed to find out that the hot tub was shut down. The pool was nice, but not the same as relaxing in the heat. As reservations for the pool had to be made, there could have been reservations for the hot tub as well, especially as the CDC states that hot tubs are safe as long as people social distance.

Friendly staff and great cooks for breakfast. Definitely will go back just for the breakfast and their staff.

Location and staff were the best!!!

Comfortable beds, clean rooms and grounds. Wonderful view of river. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful.

First the bad - the parking leaves much to be desired, especially when parking at night. The pool is too small for the size hotel. The good - the location is convenient to the civic center, the rooms are big, the breakfast is delicious, the free drinks in the evening are a nice touch, the atmosphere inside is good. Worth the price.

The person at the fromt desk was very nice and welcoming

Wonderful facility and staff. Didn’t see that there was a fee for parking but the unsecured Wi-Fi worked well.

Nice hotel. Good location. Excellent hot breakfast. Rooms are showing some age/wear & tear.

Dear steven, The safety of our guests is our top priority. We ask our guests to follow all local guidelines and laws with respect to wearing a mask in indoor public areas. In the United States, masks are now optional for our guests and Team Members who are fully vaccinated. We ask that those who are unvaccinated continue to wear a mask indoors and practice social distancing. We value your feedback and will continue to monitor CDC guidelines as we move through the pandemic. Sincerely, Fred Jones General Manager
