Upn checkin we entered Room 253 to find the following - absolutely NO pillows on the King-size bed, two globs of toothpaste in the sink & a wall plug in needed for CPAP machine not working. Across the hall in Room 252 a Birthday Party was in full action. This party lasted into the wee hours with much hooting & hollering. Around 3 am the party spilled into the hallway where guests decided to knock on our door and pound on walls as they ran up & down the hallway. We had our special needs son with us so moving at that hour would not have been possible. We have stayed in the hotel many times in the past with none of these issues. My husband has been a long time Marriott Member. He filled out a comment card from the room and talked to the hotel clerk about the issues the next morning. He apologized and said he would speak to his manager about refunding our money. We hope to hear from them soon . Needless to say, although we called for & received pillows, we got very little to no sleep.

Close to Peoria riverfront, has parking nearby. A little confusing because there are two or three hotels in the same building. Parking is around the block in a a parking deck that was almost full. We had to drive around and around to the very top until we found an open space that is not covered. Then we had to get in an elevator to the second level. After departing the elevator we went to the door right outside of the elevator. That is the wrong door with no signs pointing to the right door to the left and then left again. This door is not visible looking out of the elevator. I went up and down the stairs of the first door before my wife found the "hidden" door behind and to the left.

Very nice hotel.room was very clean.i would give you guys a number 5 great place to stay

Our view of the city consisted of a view looking straight into the parking garge. This is not what we had planned nor what we were led to be purchasing. We have stayed a several hotels in this city and have never had a bad experience until this stay. We were looking forward to a view of the city which is what led us to choose this particular hotel and specific room. It was a major disappointment to draw back the curtains expecting to see a beautiful view only to stare directly into a parking garge. Total disappointment.

Booked the room to celebrate the girl friends bday. Had a great time in the city. Prefect overnight trip.
