Stayed three nights and they really did not clean our room. Day after our first night, we were out of the room from 730am to 530 pm and no one cleaned our room, not even our used towels. I had to go to the front desk to request new towels and was told that you have to request your room to be cleaned which I never heard of. The next morning I spoke to a different front desk worker who stated that they should have at least changed out towels and emptied the trash.

My room was clean and nice, but the hallway had a significant amount of dirt in it for days. The staircase was pretty gross with more dirt, a carton of spilled milk that was there for days, and a large ball of someone's hair on one of the steps that was there for the entirety of my five-night stay.

Bigger Picture!!!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Great location everything to suit our particular needs was in driving distance. The only negative review and I’m being very transparent is that housekeeping knocks on the doors way too early especially for guest staying five days and our room never got cleaned once. I have to say that’s a first for us. That minor detail does matter and could potentially get the hotel negative ratings. However, everything else was A1 and the staff was very friendly. Needless to say my husband and I had a blast in Pensacola. Overall still a 5 star rating for us!!!
