W602 An updated and beautifully maintained two bedroom, two bath condo on the 6th floor convenient to elevators. Being a larger 2/2 west side unit, it will provide comfort for up to 6 guests. The well equipped kitchen features updated cabinets with granite countertops and stainless appliances, including the wet bar ice maker. The decor and furnishings are tastefully done and include nice living room furniture with a 60 inch TV. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit. The master bedroom features a king bed with a NEW premium mattress, Tommy Bahama furniture, NEW carpet TV, roomy walk in closet and wood shutters (for good late sleeping!) The guest bedroom has a queen bed with new flooring and an HDTV/DVD. Both master and guest bathrooms were recently remodeled with new cabinets, quartz countertops, flooring, shower and tub. The master bedroom and living area have hurricane resistant, sound deadening sliding glass doors offering nice access to the well furnished balcony. The 6th floor balcony provides a great view of the gulf, beach, Eden pool and beautiful landscaping! This property has Cox Cable and free WIFI. Enjoy your stay!

Exceeded expectations

We did not find many reviews on this property. We stayed in unit 602. It exceeded our expectations. Unit was well supplied and had a very functional layout. It was very clean. The grounds were very nice and well kept...and the beach was fabulous! We came at a perfect time. Weather and ocean were perfect Temps. We never felt like the beach was crowed either. They only thing we would change is getting an upper end unit for better views of sunrise and sunset.
