Awesome staff

There was no running water and the rooms were filthy.

Poor condition. Two out of three light fixtures in room had bulbs missing. Only one bath towel for 2 guests. Manager’s excuse was that linens were on back order ! ? Filthy floor. After shower you must put your shoes on immediately and leave them on the whole stay. Woman who was check/in clerk was friendly and helpful.

Rooms were dirty. Small bugs in room on sink. Door lock didn't work well. TV mounted to wall was crocked. Air conditioner was falling apart with pieces laying on floor. Overall very disappointing experience.

Not a 2.5 star hotel and certainly not La Quinta quality in any other town I’ve stayed. Motel, not hotel and not well care for.

Maybe my expectations were high, but for nearly $200 a night, one expects better. The check in process was quick and painless. The room was functional. The whole place is dated and not really kept up, but it was pretty clean. Due to COVID 19, there was no breakfast. Overall, for the amount that was charged for a night, one expects much more.

The property was disgusting. One room had a dirty toilet and shower. I was hesitant to touch the door because it was that dirty.

I need a receipt. It is absolutely necessary that I get a receipt. Can you please mail a receipt to this e-mail address. Also, the llobby reeked of cigarette smoke.

This place way great, The staff was friendly and helpful when it came any question we had. Can't wait to go back to Pensacola, We'll definitely stay here again.

carpet was worn and there was an odor in the room.

Hotel had many rooms under remodel. The a/c in my room had the entire outer piece broken and halfeay hanging on the floor. There was no way to adjust room temp via the wallmounted thermostat since that was broken as well. Feel of the hotel was old and rundown even with the remodelkng attempts.

I was in this hotel for a sales meeting, the rooms are really clean and the hotel is quite calm

That was a dump.. broken door handles like someone beat them off with a hammer.. smells like mold and mustie

Bathroom had a ‘urine’ smell. Bathtub didn’t look clean. Bed very comfortable.
