¿No puedo esperar para poner los dedos de los pies en la arena? ¡No esperes más! Sea nuestros huéspedes en nuestro condominio de 2 dormitorios, 2 baños, bellamente renovado. Este ha sido un condominio familiar desde que lo compró en 1976. Fue completamente renovado en 2009 y amueblado el verano de 2011. Estamos encantados de compartir nuestro pedazo de paraíso con nuestros nuevos amigos de alquiler.

Ubicado directamente en el Golfo de México, experimentará la facilidad de sumergirse en la piscina o usar el paseo de dunas para un glorioso día en la playa.

Nuestro hermoso condominio tiene capacidad para 8 personas con 2 camas queen en la habitación principal, 1 cama queen en la habitación de huéspedes y 1 cama queen. Dos baños completos tienen gabinetes nuevos y encimeras de cuarzo. La cocina está preparada para la familia con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de cuarzo. Hay dos nuevos televisores de pantalla plana y un reproductor de DVD / Blue Ray.

¡Nos encanta la ubicación de nuestra unidad! La unidad del segundo piso es fácilmente accesible por un tramo de escaleras, si desea evitar los ascensores del vestíbulo. Al ser una unidad final, el plano de planta tiene un pasillo único que se derrama en un plano de planta grande y abierto que es brillante con la luz de las ventanas grandes. Tenemos una de las unidades más grandes de la Regencia. Tiene 1.380 pies cuadrados de tamaño. Los balcones de las torres Regency varían en tamaño. Wonderful Pensacola Beach Getaway

From the moment we booked, Patty was absolutely wonderful. She gave detailed instructions and great local recommendations. We left a bag of medicine and she was able to quickly send it back to us. We will definitely be sharing with our friends and family about this gem!

Excellent location!

As an experienced traveller, I can say that you will not find a nicer , more gracious, and more accomodating host! Patty was quick to respond from the very beginning --questions before booking and cared about our stay . I liked that she lived local in Pensacola as well. The condo is nicely located.

Fantastic beach condo

We had a wonderful time on our annual girls' trip to Pensacola! This condo provided ample room for the five of us. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. We really appreciated that Patty provided chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Patty is an excellent host! She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She gave a lot of recommendations of things to do/places to eat and responded very quickly to our questions. We had a minor issue with the AC and she sent someone over right away to address it. I love the location of the condo. The beach never gets overwhelmingly crowded because it is about 3 miles from the pier/beach ball area. I highly recommend this condo.

Perfect for get together

My family booked this VRBO for my son's graduation since we all live in different areas. The location couldn't have been better, the condo was clean and accommodated everyone comfortably and was more than we could've expected. Messages and questions were answered extremely timely and we would 100% choose this property again.

Great location, minor complaints

Pros: Loved the location, accomodations were very comfortable. Beds were very comfortable, even the pull out couch. Loved being able to do laundry. Loved having a dishwasher. Super clean when we arrived. Communication with host was great. Key-code entry was great. We loved the pool. Everything in the condo was in working order. Cons: End unit balcony is as-pictured but with a loud ac unit right there. We just turned the ac off when my elderly mother wanted to be on the balcony. There were 4 rolls of tp provided and the hand soaps had obviously been watered down.... for the price being charged i had expected to at least be provided with new hand soap and enough tp for our stay. My only other complaint is the place being somewhat outdated, especially the bedding. Traveling with a few people, one being elderly, some ppl were chillier than others in the ac and at night and we wouldve appreciated more and comfier/softer and some heavier blankets.

2 month stay in Pensacola Beach

2 bedrooms and 2 baths. We cooked alot over this stay and really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen pots, utensils and dishes of every sort imagineable. This condo was perfect for my husband and I, and guests that came to visit over the two months. We would definitely rent this unit again when visiting pensacola beach. This was our 3rd visit to Regency Towers and this unit was defintely the best one we have stayed in.

A perfect getaway

Wonderful vacation

This was our best beach vacation yet. We were blessed with beautiful weather and clear water the whole week. Everything was great. Condo and property were just as pictured and described, We Had everything we needed, clean and comfy… gorgeous beach and large pool. Patty was awesome, just a text or phone call away, open communication from the time of booking.

Wonderful vacation

It was great having beach chairs, umbrellas, toys & nets there to use, loved not having to take it all with me in the car!! We all enjoyed riding the trolley, a stop is right in front. The bedrooms/bathrooms were separated and private. Also liked being on the 2nd floor and not having to use the elevator every time.

A Very Lovely Stay

We enjoyed ourselves and never had a worry about the place we were staying. Patty was wonderful and a great communicator. The balcony having repairs done didn’t bother us one bit and we were able to enjoy as much time on the beach as possible since it was so close. Thanks!

Regency Towers West 208

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Pensacola Beach and our condo was just what we were looking for. There was an issue with our washing machine and we were in touch with the owners who tried to have it repaired, but short notice prevented repair/replacement from happening this week. Air show and Blue Angels were awesome!

Fantastic view of the beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious condo that has a beautiful view of the beach and gulf. The owner kept in touch throughout the process and was quite receptive to our feedback. This unit is conveniently located on the second floor with ample room for movement and has plenty storage area for all our luggage and beach gear. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the necessities. In addition, we appreciated having plenty enough bath towels and blow dryers in each bathroom. We look forward to another stay in the future.

The condo was great we enjoyed our stay. We had problem with the AC the first night but after we changed the air filter it was fine. Patty responded to my text right away. She checked on us a few days later to make sure we were fine. I would stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

Patty was the best host. Her property was clean and super convenient to all things on the beach. She regularly communicated with me and offered any assistance (although everything was perfect, and I didn’t need any). Her condo is easy to access and very spacious with many conveniences. I would definitely stay here again and plan to! Best host ever!

Wonderful Winter Break

What a nice property! We’ve rented many condos over the years and this was probably the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. The kitchen is small but totally equipped for almost anything you re going to want to tackle while you are on vacation. We love to cook so especially appreciated that feature. Patty is a delight to work with - responsive and considerate of guests needs. A minor plumbing problem was handled promptly and she asked at the end of our stay what could be improved. We would return for sure. Highly recommended!
