Gorgeous gulf front vacation rental 2bed/2bath Emerald Isle

Gulf-front 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo with stunning views, located at Emerald Isle on Pensacola Beach. This beautiful unit features numerous upgrades including quartz kitchen countertops and stainless steel appliances. Flat-screen TVs are located in each bedroom, with a 50-inch TV in the living room.

Emerald Isle is just a few blocks from the center of Pensacola Beach, where you’ll find a variety of restaurants, shops, and bars. This luxury high-rise condominium offers excellent amenities including a Gulf-side fitness room, two community pools (one heated during the off-season), a community hot tub, and a sauna.

Enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar-white sands of Pensacola Beach from your private balcony. Some beach gear is provided and can be found in the storage cage on the first floor.

We offer a 3 to 4-night minimum stay, except from May 30, 2026 through August 8, 2026, when a 7-night minimum stay is required with Saturday-to-Saturday bookings only.

Special monthly rates are available from January through March 1.

Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 120 days before arrival will forfeit all payments.

Minimum rental age is 25. Renter must occupy the property for the full term of their stay. This unit is not pet-friendly. Reservation holder and credit card holder must be the same person. For security purposes, payments cannot be accepted from anyone other than the reservation holder. A maximum of two cars is allowed per unit.

We loved the location and the unit. Our only complaint is that when we arrived at about 8 pm the unit had not been cleaned. We called and were moved to another unit which was basically identical. She brought the new keys quickly and we were able to get settled. She said she would refund the cleaning fee which we appreciated.

This was a great condo for 2 couples. Very comfortable and clean. Beds and linens were so comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Especially loved that we had access to store our beach equipment inthe storage area on the first floor! Very convenient!

Property was so beautiful and close to everything in Pensacola Beach. There are televisions in each room, and the balcony is completely private. The 15th floor was perfect for the breathtaking views. The condo was very nice and clean! We didn't have any issues communicating with the host! 10/10 Recommend this property!

Overrated This is an honest review

For the money we paid for this place it was not worth it Yes we had the view but sitting on the balcony I either got a whiff of smoking or Cannibus On arrival the floors were dirty & sticky The showers were leaking or in the case of the other bathroom a part had to be replaced The washing machine was dirty also which I cleaned The dishwasher was not working properly & the Stove is slow to heat & cook I put in a complaint & the cleaners came to do the floor & the maintenance guy fixed showers & dishwasher the following day which that meant we lost a day of vacation there 2 bulbs were not working in each bathroom Taking the elevator up 15 floors was a hassle especially when 1 of the elevators was out of order . 17 floors ,225 suits & only 2 elevators is ridiculous No I was not happy with this condo at all or the price we paid Also 1 hose outside on pier walkway to wash your beach stuff amongst everyone else trying to do the same thing The weather was perfect so was the ocean

Great space

The condo is an older unit but had a nice layout and plenty of space! Beautiful views from the balcony. Pool was clean and walk out to beach was easy. The only complaint I have was one of the beds was extremely high. We could not use the bed it was so high. But we enjoyed our stay and had a great time. Would rent this unit again and add a step stool to the packing list!

Great condo!

We enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle! The condo was clean & staff were responsive and friendly. Easy check in/check out process. The location was perfect- everything we needed was within short driving distance and many restaurants are just a short walk down the beach. Our only complaint was the code to the gate not always working and requiring a new code the day prior to checkout.

Perfect Family Getaway

This was the perfect spot for our family of 5. Sand and beach play; beautiful balcony view of the ocean, sunrises and sunsets; heated pool and hot tub. Great Unit - Highly Recommend

We are from P'cola and go back to the beach at least every other year. Emerald Isle is our favorite place to stay and this unit didn't disappoint. It was very clean, had nice furniture, was well stocked, and the check-in and check out process was a breeze. Despite the unfortunate weather, we thoroughly enjoyed this unit and would stay again. We highly recommend!

Great location

We were very impressed with the location and the view of the moon coming up over the ocean. We saw dolphins and sting rays in the ocean right from our balcony. And the beach was not over crowded. The owners provided us with chairs, so we did not have to rent them. The only problem we had is that we never received a rental agreement to sign until the morning we were going to leave town on our trip.
