Front Row Seats to the Gulf of Mexico

If you are coming to Pensacola Beach, come to PENSACOLA BEACH. There is no unit that sits closer to the water. Don't come all this way to have a 'peek-a-boo' view of the beach, enjoy a 180 degree view of water as far as you can see. Watch the dolphins splash and play from the relaxation of your balcony. Have a glass of wine while the kids play in the sand, always in view. Maybe take a stroll in the morning with the friendly fearless crane that often comes by. This is the type of place where memories are made.


As for the unit itself, enjoy a peaceful nights sleep in a pillow top king size mattress while listening to the ocean waves through the beach front window or relax in the second bedroom on a plush queen sized bed. All bedrooms have a TV. If you need to reconnect with the real world for just a bit, secure WIFI is included. The building was rebuilt in 2007 and has just been updated and repainted in 2016. All necessary cooking utensils, glassware, and flatware are provided, as is all bedding and towels.

Take a short courtesy trolley ride in the summer down to the boardwalk for food, drinks, water activities, miniature golf, go-karts and more.

Renters must be 25 years of age.

This is a 100% non-smoking unit both inside and on the balcony. Evidence of smoking anywhere in the unit or balcony will result in immediate eviction and complete forfeiture of rent and deposit.

Perfect location

Great location, great condo, water pressure was Perfecto to get the sand off. Great communication with management for some items. Uber to restaurants is about 25 each way.

Amazing!

We had the absolute best time and stay in our villa. This was our first time in this area of Pensacola and we couldn’t have been happier. The location was perfect in that it was only a few minutes to the main strip where all the food and shopping was, but still far enough away from all of that busyness too. The pictures don’t do this place justice. It is even more beautiful in person! The pool wasn’t too far from our villa either, so it made for an easy nightly walk across the complex and straight to the pool. This unit is literally right on the beach and very easy access to and from. We will definitely be coming back here every year!

Perfect stay!

This is the perfect condo for a family of 4! Check in was easy and convenient, condo was super clean, and location is perfection. It doesn’t get any better than this. We’ve been coming to Pensacola since 2010 as a family and this is our favorite place so far. If your family makes a lot of laundry like mine does you might bring an extra laundry pod or two. Overall I have absolutely zero complaints!!

Phenomenal Stay!

The stay was absolutely perfect. Stunning view right ON THE BEACH. Great showers, kitchen well stocked, very comfortable beds outside of the larger one in the guest room needs to be replaced along with a few of the beach accessories but these were minor complaints! The place was amazing - we’d stay again. Wish the pool was heated but the beach made up for it! Responsive owner!

Directions to find were right on. Super easy to enter the unit. Very clean and comfortable! What was not mentioned for amenities that should be, were 2 beach chairs and an umbrella, along with beach toys, in the unit. It had everything you need; dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent and dryer sheets would recommend staying here.

Absolutely Perfect!!

This was an early summer get away & the condo was absolutely perfect! It was only up one flight & is located close to the walkway to the beach. The views out the deck are exactly as pictured. In our bedroom with the window closed you could still slightly hear the water. There was a slight problem with the electricity but Seneca handled it right away. We will definitely be getting here as soon as we can!!

Comfortable and Beautiful

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful well-kept apartment. We did have one little glitch that was taken care of right away. This was due to a problem with the Vrbo app. The condo wasn't ready when we got there, but the property manager responded immediately and came in and fixed everything within a half hour and after that point everything was perfect. You can't beat the view every morning looking at at the gorgeous Blue and green waters and the beautiful white sand. The apartment was large and both bathrooms were clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. And it was really easy to get to all parts of the island. Flounders was a great Recommendation for sushi dinner!

We had a wonderful time at this well equipped beautiful condo. I would highly recommend it. I am in Pensacola often and usually stay on the other end of the beach (Ft. Pickens road) This area was less crowded and more family friendly.

Perfect gulf coast location

The property was exactly as described. We were just steps away from the beach which was not very crowded at all. We even saw dolphins swimming from our balcony. I would recommend this property and hope to stay there again. Numerous restaurants a short drive away-two of our favorites were Crabs on The Beach and Flounders Chowder House.

Amazing View

The condo was very clean. The bed was so comfortable. The view is amazing. I did not pay attention to the description about if there were grills on the property or not. They allow gas grills but you have to bring your own. This condo was spacious and even though it was windy and chilly, we still enjoyed relaxing on the beach.
