Luxury wood and tile flooring run through the entire house with custom tiled showers in all bathrooms, high-end counter tops throughout, and exquisite details from the cabinets to the custom stair railings. The kitchen flows directly to the open concept living space with ample seating for your entire party. The entire house has touch pads which control all lights, blinds, and additional features. Also on each level is a 10" HD screen which also controls all lights in the house, 3-floors of separate HVAC, etc.
The main level bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and a queen-sized murphy bed which can be set up in seconds. This bedroom offers a private balcony and flat screen TV with access to the full bathroom right outside the bedroom. The second level offers the laundry center and an additional bedroom and the large master suite.
