This place is amazing! Perfect access to the beach! Elevator down to beach level then straight out to beach. The townhome itself was beautiful & the accommodations were awesome!

Also easy access to beach from garage as well as back porch. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and nice decor. We had an issue with A/C and management took care of it ASAP.

Couple maintenance needs, but nothing that required immediate attention. Just minor inconveniences, like ice make not working; microwave cabinet door would not stay up / open. Perfect for families. Management office very attentive. Townhouse, so close to neighbors. But would stay here again. Truly lovely all around.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family vacation. The property was very clean, well furnished, and located directly on the beach. Decor was high end. The electrical system was also high end and a bit complex. It took a day or so to learn. Some switches (dining table light, auto LR curtains, LR ceiling fan) did not work. The geo thermal air unit stopped cooling after reg.business hours. The emergency contact at PBH (Brenda) maintained good communication and had the repairman there in a timely manner. The air conditioner was back up and running within an hour of his arrival. My family appreciated Brenda working with us which meant we were able to sleep in a cool condo. The close proximity to the beach was very convenient with small children and lots of beach gear. Overall our stay was very pleasant and would consider this condo on a return trip to Pensacola.
