We loved the location and the camper. But as soon as we walked in we could smell the sewage. At night it was worse. We brought in the air fresheners from our car to try to help. On the morning of our 3rd day there the toilet was absolutely full. This was unacceptable. We couldn't use it at all. It was awful. I've stayed in campers before and never had this issue. It hadn't been dumped in quiet some time. We also had no extra blankets for the other sleeping areas. Not even a sheet for the bed. I'd put in the listing that people need to bring their own. I would not stay here again unless it was guaranteed the toilet would be usable.

We were Issued a Full Refund After Staying 1 of 2 nights.
My son and I looked forward to staying in Glamper 10 for our first time visit to Woods Canyon Lake. We arrived on a Friday evening from Tucson. We opened up the glamper and there was a funny smell. Upon further investigation, we realized it was strong sewer gases from the toilet. The trash from a previous visitor had not been taken out, and the awning was broken. We tried to tough it out, not knowing where else to go. The smell was like sleeping inside an outhouse or inside a sewer system. We tried putting a fan in the bathroom, air freshener, and even lots of water down the toilet. nothing worked and it got worse. We ended up sleeping in the car. I emailed the owners the night we arrived about the smell, but I did not receive a response. Then, I texted the manager's number from the list of numbers in the glamper in the morning. She responded while we were on the lake, and explained they were sorry and did not have another place for us to stay. They processed a full refund. We had to go into Payson and find another place to stay for our second night at the last minute. I would not recommend this glamper until they fix the serious sewage gas smell that is present in the entire glamper.
