Enjoyable stay. Nice staff, clean rooms. Easy access to restaurant's and shopping.

Dirty, AC leaked, staff unresponsive to needs. Would not recommend

Paid too much for what we got. They put us in our first room which was very nice but the air conditioning did not work. It was a full holiday weekend, so they had a hard time finding a different room with air conditioning. It had a little refrigerator but I had to clean out dried and peanut butter ice cream. Dogs are allowed and one was barking in the room next-door, any time someone walked by. The breakfast was OK and the staff was nice.

Nothing special about this place. We have friends that live close to it so we stay there. the beds are hard and the pillows are small. The staff is friendly.

Cleaning and space is good also price is low Let me recommend my friend

Core structure is well aged, updates to room were enough to make it adequate for 1-2 days. Free break fast was good.

All though my stay was short it was a very good one. Room was great the breakfast got my my day off to a good start.

Very impressed with hotel considering the low rates. Room was very clean and the beds very comfortable. Included breakfast is always a plus. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was busy for a Thursday night. As I walked around the property, I noticed paint peeling from the building. The TV in my room was broken. It's a tired hotel in need of updating. The staff was friendly.

Quality Inn Payson was extremely accomodating to our needs. We were pulling a trailer with our jeep on it. They made sure to point out the easiest places to park our trailer. Then they made sure our room was in view of our trailer and Jeep.

A pretty average hotel. They were very accommodating with my dogs, and I loved the big courtyard. Continental breakfast was what you'd expect from any chain hotel. Room was clean, bed was relatively comfortable, price was reasonable.

The stay was very nice and quiet, breakfast was very good

Hotel staff were all very nice. We had a ton of snow. Room was clean and was near a lot of stores. Would stay again

We were traveling with a baby and this place had a nice large room. Space enough to set up our baby sleeping tent and still be able to crawl around and play. Breakfast was top notch. And I was able to do some laundry. The area around was beautiful, particularly the Batural Bridge state park. All around a good stay.

Overall the room was pretty good. It had a few rough edges with maintenance. The wallpaper was peeling in a few spots, my card key had to be reprogrammed every night, and several key buttons on the TV remote did not work. However the grounds were nicely kept and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was very good and much nicer than your ordinary continental breakfast. One of the nicer places to stay in Payson

An older hotel that needs a little TLC, it was clean and comfortable, close to restaurants and attractions. The staff and free continental breakfast made it all worth the while.

Room was a good size and clean. Breakfast was provided which is a plus. Close to downtown area and a short drive from fishing.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location and grounds were excellent. The room had a nice balcony facing a nicely landscaped courtyard. The breakfast was very nice including hot items. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only issues were that the bathroom was too small. You could not even get to the toilet when the door was open. The wallpaper was a bit aged and the edges were peeling. A few of the buttons on the TV remote did not work. Overall for a small town vacation area the hotel was quite nice.

The bathroom was a little small, shower was good water nice and hot. balcony had a great view of the thunder and lightning show. It was about 15 minutes to the riding stables. There are several stores local and great places to eat. The pool was a little bit cooler than I wanted. Spent my time in the hot tub. Will stay here again.

Upgraded to a larger room with micro and fridge. Not sure it was worth it. Basically a mirco sitting on top of a fridge, room was large but no value in the extra space. it was ok. balcony was nice to have.
