We stayed two nights at this hotel which is located across the street from Jomtien Beach. The Hotel and our room was clean, quiet, well managed, and fairly priced. The lighting inside the room was inadequate. Many excellent restaurants and activies are located within easy walking distance. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. We had dinner at the restaruant the first night and enjoyed the live music both nights. If we return to Jomtien Beach the Sea Breeze will be high on our list of places to stay.

Used this hotel regularly from 1997 - 2002 and had a great time staying here. The staff were great, the food was spectacular, and it was very family friendly. So, being in the area, we decided to come again. First of all the place was much bigger, totally unrecognizable from our memory of it. Anyway, we decided to stay for a couple of nights. The room, superior with sea view. Good size, but lacking in not having a tea/coffee station, no kettle no teabags, no 3 in one coffee sachets, no milk or cream. Next, the hot water in the bathroom was difficult to regulate, the bathroom looked old, but it isn't, just not well maintained. The room also has no hairdryer and could do with a little more lighting. Step out on to the balcony and directly opposite is a block of condos. Turn 45 degrees then you will see the sea over the top of trees and buildings. The room has a comfortable bed and aircon like an artic storm, be careful where you set the thermostat. When you exit the lift on your floor the walkway to the rooms is to dark, more light needed here. Exit the lift at reception, the breakfast room is to your left, quite comfortably set out and the buffet breakfast is certainly adequate. Come out the breakfast room past reception and there is quite a large lobby with settees armchairs, tables and chairs for guests use. The next big problem for us was the fact that there was no Wi-Fi, we were told they were awaiting an engineer. Seems, strange, as this problem appears to have been mentioned in reviews back to 2016. Have they been waiting for the engineer since then. Once you exit the lobby, there is a long walk to the front of the hotel. There is an empty space that we were informed used to be the reception. It is just an empty space. This should be turned into another seating area for people to use. The restaurant serves good food, in particular we would recommend Pad Krapow Moo, it has to be one of the best we have tasted. So not all doom and gloom. Some of the staff are very pleasant and some seem a little distant. We can understand this to some extent, as about 98% of the guests are Russian, and there is some problems with communication. What we found disappointing was that although there seems to be a number of problems to rectify, the room rates are still very high. Not sure we would want to stay here again in the short term, but might consider it if the future reviews paint a better picture. .
We booked this hotel over a long weekend recently. We weren't expecting too much since we paid a little over USD100 for two nights. When we got here it was apparent that the property was old and run down or just not managed well. The pool which was its main sell, was poorly maintained, the water was green. We were first given a room that had mold and the smell was unbearable (a serious health hazard). The bathroom had a chunk of hair on the floor and all over the bathtub - so disgusting. They quickly gave us another room after we complained. The new room was better (mold-free and seemingly fresh), but the bathroom wasn't any better than the previous one. The bathtub was stained, rusty and moldy on the edges, and had a shower curtain that was filthy. No wonder it was dimly lit, so one couldn't see its dilapidated conditions. The water pressure was erratic and often took minutes to come. Our overall experience here was not great, and we couldn't wait to check out. It is okay for a hotel to be old, but it should be clean. The management really needs to look into this, perhaps even refurbish the bathrooms if possible. The only things that were good about the hotel were it's friendly staff, and breakfast. But those aren't enough reasons for us to ever return.
First "Agoda" room had mold. They stench was unbearable plus it looked like someone had been scalped in the bathroom with a big chunk of hair on the floor. So we asked to change room. The second room, unlike the first room, had no mold and paint on the walls. However, the toilet was disgusting. Stains everywhere. Hair in the shower. The shower curtain looked like someone had blow their brains out a day before in the bathtub. As for the facilities. The pool, which is the main feature of the hotel. Was so dirty that we could hardly see the bottom of it. Summary. We went on a impromptu weekend from Bangkok and we didn't want to stay in Pattaya and we didn't want to spend too much (THB3,000/2 nights). So I realise that we can't expect too much, however, regardless of how run down a hotel is, it can always be clean. Here it was the opposite. The hotel didn't look to old, just very mismanaged.
Booked this place through make my trip. Got 3 rooms reserved for 3 couples and an infant. The property was eazy to locate. Situated at the main promenade of Jomtien beach connected to the South Pattaya area and away from the screeming crowds of Pattaya , this is located on the laid back place of Jomtien beach. The property has a big entrance with huge parking space for rental cars or chartered buses. The check-in was smooth. This property has pool view, sea view and sea front rooms. I reserved the sea view rooms with very beautiful view of the sea and south Jomtien. We were offered 8th floor (highest floor), 8005/8006/8026. Condition of room was average. Was spacious enough but no hot water kettle in the rooms, no tea/coffee kits, no iron, no free wifi (was paid service and expensive). Cleanliness in room was good but red ants played a havoc. Housekeeping were up to the mark. We were offered free breakfast-buffet. Limited choice for buffet breakfast , not much choice for vegetarians even after posting special request for 6 guests. For hot water guests required to fetch from the main lobby on level 2 (very annoying). Full marks to location, beach right across the hotel entrance. Peaceful and quiet Jomtien beach. Local shared taxis very comfortable and plenty available. Costs only 10 to 15 baht from Jomtien to South Pattaya and fro. Available till late night. Very well connected. The swimming pool was a winner too, though 2 pools in the property one was closed due to maintenance. Happy hours 1700 to 1900 hrs. FREE wifi for pool bar users. Reasonably priced food and beverage. Apart from Ants in the room and basic facilities issues overall a good stay.
We booked Sea Breeze hotel because it's location is quite good. Beach is close and night market is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Night market is a lively place which opens every day at 5pm. There is a lot of tasty cheap food available and we ate there each night. Hotel has a very nice pool, actually two of them, with nice green surrounding and many chairs. The atmosphere at the pool was relaxing and calm. Our room was a bit dated but quite big and with a nice see view. But it could be cleaned a bit better and the hot water in the shower was impossible to adjust properly. Wifi fi was not avialable in the room, only in the reception area and it was quite expensive. This is our biggest complaint. I used my Thai sim card instead and had two weeks of full speed internet and phone for just 10 €. Breakfast was very good, also with a good choice of cooked food. Some reviewers rate the food as below average but it certainly was not like that. Other complain about majority of guests being Russians, but we met some of those Russians and we had a great time together. The hotel staff were certainly not unfriendly. We arrived in hotel 2 days before booking and they let us store our luggage in baggage room while we were on Koh Larn island.
Check in goes quite quick. Hotel was full of groups with russian. Rooms are more or less clean but old. To adjust the water temperature is very difficult. Taking shower is quite difficult due to adjust the water temperature, can be also very danger with kids. Staff at this hotel looks very unhappy. Breakfast could have more choice. Outside pool area was nice and clean. With check out we had some issue, they want to charge some money for missing towls. When we checked the room again, we found the towls. Also other customer complained about the same issue during this time when we checked out.
Above says it all u can get much better for less money 10 baht for bus to anywere I wouldn't recommend hotel dateded overpriced and staff get confused don't b fooled by outside but jontiem beach is the best
Since check in we had a bad experience already. We stayed at room 7007. September 22 - 23 2014 we feel unwelcome. And most of the front desk staff need somemore training. They are so unprofessional expect from front desk guy i think his name is john he is good and professional he need to train his staff more.. As a hotelier i know everything about front office i been in the hotel industry for a long time now. Front desk never ever smile . But when a white tourist pass by front staff smile and greet totaly different from us. They have a racism problem i think. Front desk girl doesn't really want to help the guest. They are just sitting in the counter. It is the worst Front office i ever encounter. So unprofessional, and no manner staff. In other review the F&B staffs are all friendly and very professional they have a good product knowledge for our seafood dinner at the breeze seafood nammy is her name. She is so professional and friendly and no matter if her customer is asian or other nationality she take good care of them and she is well educated and well trained. Kudos to Food and beverage staffs. and the management should do something with the front desk only. But other department is okay housekeeping and bell boy is okay. It is the front staff that have a problem. They make the guest feel so unwelcome and uneasy... if ever i am in jomtien again i won't stay here again. But i will still visit the restaurants.
