It was a 1 Bedroom, Living & 2 bathrooms in 1 suite on top floor. Nice & clean rooms. Room service not very prompt but still okay. Wifi free but not reaching devices, Small pool. I will still recommend this hotel as a good stay option as it is available in mid budget range.

Booked for 9 nights thinking it was part of the luxiourious chain.. I should have known better . Only air conditioning in the bedrooms so the reception area was busy and hot It is quite a small area with 2 setees, computer area for residents use. The receptionst was busy and seemed stressed. Had to wait to check in and was not welcoming. Swimming pool had a total of 5 sun recliners the alternative was plastic chairs. The restaurant bar and cafe was just a cafe, again no comfortanble chairs to relax in. No alternative bar as described on the website. The room was fine being a suite. Balcony was small and housed the air conditioning so it was permanent noisey. The balcony overlooked an area which looked like it was a makeshift cylce track with stuff dumped on it. Underneath the balcony was an area where all rubbish was dumped and was piling up. The safety rails were rusted significently and made the balcony potentially dangerous. The guest information folder (the way the hotel tries to seel it services) was scribbled over by a child, Every single page had scribbles on it, looked like something you would find in a badly run nursery. Had a shower but after 30 seconds the water ran cold so No shower! unless you wanted a cold shower. Off to bed but the air conditioning was driping water Drip Drip all night leaving a pool of water on the floor. Breakfast I only ate eggs which were cooked in front of me and toast i toasted myself. The fresh fruit was over ripe, food looked unapetising and the tea was so stewed it was undrinkable. The orange juice didnt taste like any orange juice i had had before. I packed and told the hotel I was leaving. The receptionist after a while asked me why. It really wasent her fault so I explained it was more like a 2 star hotel on a clear night. I waited for transport to my new hotel, either the receptionish didnt tell the manager, a guest who had booked for 9 nights was leaving after 1 night or the manager didnt care. which was the attitude of all the staff.. i had paid for the 9 nights on arrival. The hotel just didnt care. The worst hotel I have stayed in, in my life!! Coudnt find even one member of staff who seemed intrestred in the customers. This is just my experience.. perhaps i had a bad day, but how anyone could describe this as a 4 or 5 star hotel is beyond belief!

I visited here with my parents and my wife. Must say had the best food and stay with wide range of suites. Location also is clise to major happening areas in Pattaya. Staff is very friendly and has well versed in all. Best service, no trouble and well connected. I will give 4 out of 5.

We stayed for 3 nights...and every staff member was humble. On the day we arrived we requested for a room change and cited the reason and we were given another room of same room type and we were comfortable. The breakfast is more thai based continental buffet and that suited our taste buds, it was not a huge spread but it was tasty to what we took be it bacon, eggs, fried noodles ... The staff at front office pays attention to your every need. We need to understand that language is the biggest barrier so what may seem rude to us is actually not them being rude or not smiling as they find it difficult to understand English. We haf no difficulty in that as we never experienced them as rude. They were the most humble staff. On the improvement nothing really as its a nice small hotel, no major frills but decent to stay with your family and you will feel comfortable. Thanks to the entire Front office staff Gogo, Sripona, Nampong (restaurant) another girl with braces at the restaurant very hardworking n polite. Lovely people that we encountered sorry dint get all the names. But even the drivers who drive the free shuttle Yut , Ama... very helpful. Thank you all at Four Seasons Place

We booked a family suite and really enjoyed the lavishness of the room. Pretty huge, enough and more of space for the 2 of us. Food we ordered was ok. Breakfast wasn't tempting at all and not worth the price either. Gym is self sufficient and good to use.

As I mentioned in booking.com its value for money, spacious 2 bedroom furnished room with bed/breakfast, But it could be better if the front desk staff are more polite, if housekeeping is done prior to the arrival of guest

Excellent hotel in pattaya. Hotel check in time 2 PM but I could check in 10 AM, with advance notice. Rooms were awesome, stayed in a Two-Bedroom Suite. Clean sheets and towels every day. Hotel staff always willing to offer their help with info, dropping you off with the shuttle car (Honda Mobilio). Hotel location, Rooms, Breakfast, swimming pool, all amenities in room were very excellent. WiFi network issue but overall excellent stay. Thanks to all hotel staff.

My travel agent booked thinking it was a similar named hotel chain. I tend to go 5* high normally... I have to say the mistake turned out to be rather outstanding. Ok the hotel is bijou but very italian Renaissance in Decor. I was welcomed with a perfect Thailand smile. On taken to my top floor suite, Room 275. My jaw dropped at the beauty if this room. I say room. The rooms were enormous. I believe i said wow when i first saw it. The rooms are squeaky clean and changed daily. I am unable to find fault with anything. Location is good with v short taxi bike to most places 50/100TBt..Tuktuk =10TBt Now For the late 'visitors.' to your room.!. be 'respectful' and all will be fine. The breakfast is as good as any high ranking hotel i Thailand . The chef will make you smile... Will i come back again? Hell yes!... Thankyou to all of Four seasons place staff in making my stay v v special. To anybody reading this and looking for a hotel in Pattaya. You can't go wrong with this choice Enjoy.

Stay for 5 nights with my Hubby, Quiet beautiful place, artistic versace style, close to markets, and main attractions ,staff are friendly, didnt have a chance to try the breakfast or gym room, had a chance to try the restaurant however interesting menu with good variety from Pizza to Thai Food and reasonably priced especially the green curry <3. The place is clean and the room service is very good.

Stayed here n loved it central location to eateries n Thai traditional massages that are located with stone throws from the hotel. The hotel room allocated to me was spacious with separate living room n value for its money. Breakfast was poor with lots to improve. Swimming pool too small n has no privacy at all. Staff service average but polites
