Best place to stay in pattaya with swimming pool and basic facility. Our tour package include this offer with free break fast and it was superb.\ Room are very neat and clean. Bathroom is available with bathtub and with other sanitary items.

Only furniture look good and got a small living room, room smelly, location not that really good, when i go complaint for ac not working well then go out, after a day check out say a drink(orange) has been drink while no one drink(orange), ghost drink or someone go in without notice

We booked in to the junior suite and it surpasses our expectations by far. It was well designed with a spacious bathroom and shower, the lounge area was well furnished and comfortable and the bedroom ticked all the boxes. The swimming pool is a nice feature although always in the shade. The staff were great also. Food and drink average.

Stayed with a friend in one of their two bedrooms suites. Very large kitchen area, dining area, lounge space and main bedroom and ensuite....second bedroom and bathroom pretty small in comparison although still large enough for a double bed. Lovely bathrooms but very dated furniture elsewhere. Housekeeping staff kept the suite clean as well as supplying plenty tea, coffee, bottled water etc daily. Location is about 10 to 15 mins walk from Walking Street but still has plenty of bars and restaurants around the local area, which are much better value than those in Walking Street! You will need to cross very busy main roads though to get anywhere....not for the faint hearted!! If you're looking to sit around the pool, you'll be disappointed as it is very small and as it is mostly surrounded by the hotel, gets no sun on it at all. We used The Vogue Hotel over the road to sunbathe...100 bahts (about £2.50) per day including towel and a bottle of water. Breakfast limited but perfectly acceptable. I found all of the staff to be delightful...helpful and very friendly. All in all I would certainly return here. Sharon O'Connor

The hotel is very good. We booked the junior suite. The rooms were quite spacious and very well maintained. The facilities as well as the service was excellent. The staffs were polite and courteous. The food was great. It is an excellent place to stay in Pattaya. Highly recommended.

The hotel was alright, not very good not very bad. It has a small reception and a very small kids pool only The rooms very big but the upholstery old and torn The towels not very clean and old The utensils were good enough for self cooking and the LOCATION WAS nearly 1 km from the beach On the whole if you are going with family the room sizes are decent but the breakfast at hotel should be avoided Also the price should be in the three star range only then it is goable otherwise avoid it

Stayed there after checking ratings but a little disappointed. We took 2 junior suites and ine 2 bedroom suites. Pros: The rooms were good and huge along with functional kitchen. Cons: -Hospitality was not good. -They provided just 1 litre of complementary water for a room with a couple along a 4 year old kid. After that either buy a bottle from hotel or from a 7-11 store near by. Even the complimentary sachets of sugar and coffee were limited to just two per day. Luckily we were carrying our stuff so could cook tea/coffee by ourself. -The booking said included breakfast but upon check-in were informed that its free only for adults and kids would be charged at 200 THB per day. Even the kids of age 3 and 4 yrs were being charged. - there were lots of Indian staying at the hotel still they refused to keep anything Indian in the breakfast options. All we had was bread and butter as everything else which was veg was extremely bland. - the room we stayed in had a completely broken bed side drawer which was out n could be easily seen. Seems like the hotel needs a lot if repairs and upgradation. Until then please avoid this property if you can.

No early check-in was given dispite of giving extra money. They don't have much options for vegetarians in breakfast. Property is good and swimming pool is not big enough. Guest entry is free. Please confirm to hotel for airport transfers before traveling.

I got this hotel booked by M/s. Thomas Cook upon my wish. I got misled by the reviews in tripadvisor.. Hotel maintenance is poor and upholstery was dirty and dusty.. Reception staff insist on money even for a local telephone call..

First time in Pattaya.. saw this place online and booked 4 nights. Cancelled the remaining 3 nights immediately upon arrival and booked elsewhere. Located in The Village, it’s close to Walking Street, and you would think as a 4-Star hotel $100+ USD per night it would be clean and service would be good. However, that was not the case at all. Since our arrival, we were unhappy. We walked in the hotel and the couches in the lobby have dirt stains all over them. We were checked into our room to find bugs scattered throughout the ceiling (pics attached). The room smelled horrible. It had a really bad odor coming from the walls especially in the shower. The refrigerator was not working when we arrived. The ‘clean’ shower towels had yellow stains all over them. The walls in the bedroom, bathroom, and living room all have heavy stains that can’t be cleaned by wiping. We called the front desk a total of 7 times and requested new towels, service for the horrible smell (they scrubbed the shower walls), they had their engineer come fix the refrigerator, the cleaning crew scrubbed and cleaned the walls and said ‘sorry we can’t clean these stains, they are permanently on the wall and would need to be completely repainted.’ Every time we asked for something the staff had an attitude. I could not see myself eating breakfast here due to the lack of sanitary cleanliness. I vetted nearby hotels and this came up ‘4-stars’ - I repeat, this needs to be re-evaluated. This hotel does not deserve 4 stars. I would see 3-stars at the most. The hotel offered to arrange free transportation for us to book at another hotel, yet when we got in the car, they changed the script and asked for 300 baht each way. I threw a fit because by now I was extremely agitated and they were trying to take advantage of me. The taxi service takes you from one side of town to the other for 10 baht and the driver was not settling for less than 300 baht. After a long and hard fought battle of back and forth between the manager and the staff, we had them make an exception to their policy and refund us the money for the remaining 3 nights as well as give us a free shuttle ride to the next hotel. The driver refused to wait for us to bring us back. What was supposed to be a nice trip to Pattaya would have been a nightmare if I didn’t take the initiative to change my reservation. You must avoid this hotel at all costs. Get a hotel farther away maybe 10 mins (you will be rewarded with better cleaner hotels and cheaper prices) and pay 10 baht to get to where you need to go - it’s way better than paying money to sleep somewhere you don’t feel comfortable. I saw little bigs in the bed and had to wipe them off before laying down. Absolutely disgusting. Will not come back to this hotel and will not recommend to any other travelers.
