We can’t sleep at night. The music won’t stop until 3:30 am in the morning! Our room window was shaking whole night. it’s convenient location however you certainly can’t enjoy your holiday without a good sleep.
Spent a week at this lovely hotel ... I arrived 2 hours before check in time but that was no problem. My room was ready and within minutes I was happily ensconced there ... Mine was a Deluxe room and was absolutely huge ... It more than suited my needs , was immaculately clean and thankfully was really quiet at night... The staff at this hotel were pleasant, courteous and efficient.. I had read some less than glowing reports but I’m pleased to say that all the staff I encountered were professional and courteous... My only concern about my stay here was the fact that the jetted bath tub was just a little awkward to step in and out of ... There was no separate shower in the bathroom, just a ( more than adequate) shower attached to the bath... This wasn’t a real problem for me but for an older or less mobile person it may prove difficult to step in and out of ... The deluxe room was in excess of 600 square feet so installing a separate walk in shower should not be too much of a problem... People with mobility issues be warned !!!! This hotel is perfectly situated for nightlife, bars , clubs , restaurants etc ... I would definitely stay here again .
I spent one week at this hotel. I arrived via taxi from the ferry pier. It took 4 different hotel stops to find the correct one.. apparently the name confused people. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful and check-in was smooth. The room although small was pleasant as well. Very clean. I quite liked the large jaccuzi in the bathroom. The only niggle I had was that considering it as residence in the title and the fact it had a sink, fridge and dining table. There was no microwave. Crockery. Or iron. I expected this as standard. In this type of property. Would I stay again? Yes
I stayed at the LK for five nights which was really enjoyable , spacious and clean rooms . Amazing friendly staff and great location with walking distance to most interesting Points around . ATM machine at front door were really good idea . Thank you
A nicely appointed hotel, but unfriendly reception. Couldn't care less that we came after a long trip. A bit different with other staff. Facilities were OK, but no fitness gym. Room was clean, but average. OK bathroom. On a pretty busy thru street, Soi Diana which is off 2nd Road. Convenient location if you want to party locally, but an adult area. There are many bars, clubs and places to eat, even many street vendors, but could find only 1 upscale restaurant. That said, not a place where you head for a dining experience. Short walk to Soi Bukhao and other craziness. If you are a light sleeper, the music blares until 2 pm. As you would expect, nobody around in the morning. So if you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel in the middle of it, want to drink your fill, find a friend and do it through the night, this fits the bill. If not your scene, find another place.
Located on Soi Diana which is off Second Road and leads to Soi Bukhao both busy thoroughfares. Street is narrow with little in the way of pavements for pedestrians but then that's most of Pattaya. Lobby looks luxurious. I had requested a high floor and a queen-size bed and got the bed but on the 2nd floor. Room was a good size and bed was very good. Small balcony included but it opened out to a tall building. Biggest bug bear was the bathroom. Showers had to be taken over the bath tub which was also capable of providing a spa (that we didn't use). No shower curtain or shower rail was provided and the tub was so high that one had to climb to get in and out. The lack of a shower curtain meant that water went everywhere and we used our spare towels to soak this up daily. The shower attachment was an extendable hose that retracted back into the head of the bath tub but often this would get stuck and would only extend to waist height - useless. Had to call on maintenance each time. LCD TV provided a large selection of channels though only around 10 were in English. Surprisingly there was nowhere to put our suitcases. We had to use the floor but these would get in the way. One afternoon we stopped in the lobby to cool down after some hours of shopping and asked for the wifi password. The receptionist told us it was the same as the wifi on our floor. But we couldn't connect and she could only say "need to ask I.T." - she never did. Then we decided to use the adjoining door to the massage parlour next door for an hour of relaxing oil massage. They told us the wifi (which they have access to) was "kaput" - hahaha. So great location as we could go left or right out of the hotel to Soi Bukhao or Second Road. The latter leads to Mike's Shopping Mall and the much larger shopping mall Central Festival 10 minutes further north. But facilities and customer service was very lacking.
We, a group of 4 friends, stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Rooms were spacious and clean. Towels were clean and neat. Bed was comfy. Small balcony. View from the room wasn't great. But, the amenities were more than enough to forget the views. Front desk staff were rude both during check-in and check-out. They weren't courteous.
This was my first stay in an LK hotel and will not be the last. I stayed here for 11 nights from 28 April to 9 May and had a truly excellent experience. I cannot complain about any element of my stay and everything was great from check in to check out. Check in went smoothly and I was shown to my room by the bell hop who explained how everything worked then left me to it. My deluxe room, 2306, was on the 3rd floor, close to the lift and directly across the corridor from the pool. It was a huge, tastefully appointed room with a large, comfortable bed with lovely linen, a living area boasting a sofa, chaise lounges, dining area and small kitchen area with a large fridge freezer (which was changed for some reason for a new one during my stay). The room had a good lighting system and A/C which could all be controlled from a pad next to the bed. The bathroom was certainly something to write home about with a massive jacuzzi bath and large separate walk in rain shower cubicle with all the bathroom extras you need provided. There was a dressing area opposite with a wardrobe, safe and desk. The room was very tastefully decorated throughout, as was the hotel generally, with many expensive looking ornaments which gave it a definite touch of class. The soundproofing was also first class. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly, and I should give a special mention to the Front Desk, Doormen and my room cleaners who were great, very chatty, efficient, and kept the room spotless. Location is key, and the LKR gives you the keys you need to get everywhere. Soi Diana is a lively street with many bars, bar complexes and restuarants, hotels and guest houses. Turn left from the hotel and you will come to Second Road, a very busy area. Almost directly opposite the entrance to Soi Diana you will find the Mike Shopping Mall, take an Air Conditioned walk through it and you will find yourself on the Beach Road. The Beef Eater Steak house on Soi Diana does really excellent food (I chose the LKR as a hotel because it's near to it, The best steak I have ever had in Thailand) and the Kiss Food and Drink cafe is on the corner, It's cheap tasty, clean and open 24/7 Turn Right from the hotel and you will find LK Metro, a lively bar and Gogo area which is a great night out. Carry on and you will come to Soi Bukhao and Soi Lenkhi also bustling entertainment areas. From either Second Road and Soi Bukhao you can jump on a baht bus and get to anywhere you need in Pattaya. So in summary, I loved this place. Every aspect of the hotel from the room and facilities to the staff and location were truly fantastic. I would recommend anyone to stay here I you fancy some affordable luxury. Thank you LK Renaissance for a wonderful stay. I will be back.
Was here in december 2016,booked a suite room and had a room at 7 floor and i loved it amazing ,quit, nice view and location, so i booked another suite room for my comeback after my trip to the philippines, but this time it was not the same, they gave me a room on second floor (think it was room 213) with a view agains another hotel wall and the bars is to close at that floor noisy as h*** there was also problem with the toilett couldnt flush and i asked them to fix it, they couldnt after 3 days i was to tired so i checked out,,, will not book here again if im not sure to have a room on higher floors
Hotel is located very close to Mike shopping mall its walking distance of 5 minute. The beach is around 10 minute. Stayed 3 nights end of Jan 17, the room is very clean with all the bathroom amenities provided. All the staff from receptionist to Cleaning person was friendly. Please note hotel doesn’t provide any breakfast service and doesn’t have any restaurant. But we don’t mind in Pattaya plenty of choices nearby and cheap. There’s plenty of bar opposite hotel. The 7 Eleven and money exchange is just outside hotel. The hotel does have outdoor pool but didn’t use it. So can’t comment any. Currently hotel doesn’t charge for a friend to invite in your room. Definitely will return to LK Renaissance overall good experience.
