The photos don’t match the reality. When you arrive they ask for $50 deposit. They return it at check out but the point that this was not stated anywhere when we booked or in the emails. My friends had no cash but thankfully I had the right amount. They only have 2 bottles of water in the room and you know the temperature is so high. We asked for more water and wanted to pay extra for that but they gave us only one small bottle and said they have a 2 bottle per room limit! The staff is so friendly though. Everyone was so kind.

Very rude staff who has no English no understanding you can not ever never receive explanation for anything the deposit amount is not mentioned during the reservation but when you check in they are asking for deposit and this deposit changes according to customer to customer

Anona is right on the beachfront. I wanted to stay at a local hotel and this was definitely not it. I preferred the Doubletree Hilton next door which had better facilities and cleaner rooms.

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel! I had a horrible stay at this hotel. The service was abysmal—staff were rude and unhelpful at every turn. The room layout was poorly designed, making it uncomfortable and inconvenient. On top of that, I felt nickel-and-dimed for everything, from basic amenities to hidden fees. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else!
