The location was a good for us. The unit was new, clean and more than enough room for two people. There is a pool,hot tub and decent gym. Would be nice to have a bench or stability ball. The beach was a 5 minute walk. Communication with the host wasn’t an issue.

We felt lucky to find this property and would gladly return. A few things to note: (1) This condo itself does not have an ocean view, but the ocean view/access is just a 2 or 3 minute walk away on the property. Still very lovely. (2) Bring toiletries - the shampoo provided is just enough to tide you over to the store. (3) Bring your oil and spices for cooking - unlike some VRBOs there isn't a stocked cupboard. However, great stay - comfy beds, super clean, great location, excellent value. Very positive experience.

Loved the location and the property was beautifully kept. The property was clean, inviting and the beds were super comfortable. Very much enjoyed our time in the property and we had all that we needed. The beach was couple mins walk away from the property with great views but getting on and off the beach was a little tricky as the last step didn't quite reach the beach so it was a jump.

No the ocean was not visible from the room Pool looked nice but didn’t use itThe accommodation was lovely and very clean . Very nice decor and furniture , beds comfortable . Some difficulty with communication regarding wifi and tv .Signing onto VRBO was difficult

My family really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, modern, and exactly as described. The space was well laid out and used very well, making it perfect for our family gathering. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the stay even better. We would happily stay here again.

Construction Site

This is a new condo unit and the inside is very clean and well equipped with plenty of space. Unfortunately it is part of a construction site. We looked directly on construction including buildings, materials, portable bathrooms and equipment. Construction noise began at 7:00am on the weekdays. We did not feel the owner was transparent about this at all. We were very disappointed. I sent the owner two messages before he replied to me. I wish I could post pictures here of what a renter will actually see from the balcony or rear windows.
