The space invites you to gather around a sleek timber and glass coffee table, with several comfortable armchairs and a large, soft sofa (which also pulls out into a double bed). Glass sliding doors stretch along the north wall, offering stunning natural light and leading to a balcony with a gorgeous view of the Eiffel Tower.

KITCHEN
Wander down the hall to the spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Its length provides plenty of counter space and storage, while at the far end, a cosy breakfast table invites you to enjoy morning coffee while the light pours in from the second balcony door.

Some good some bad

Empfang und Verabschiedung durch den Dienstleister war zuverlässig – erfolgte auf Englisch.Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut, ruhiger Bezirk, elfte Etage. Einrichtung und Zustand typisch französisch. Alles in die Jahre gekommen. Töpfe zum Kochen nicht zu gebrauchen. Ein Schlafzimmer für zwei Leute, ein Kinderzimmer mit einem kleinen Bett und das weitere Schlafzimmer war die aufgeklappte Couch im Wohnzimmer. Eine Balkontür war nur mit Klebeband fixiert, durfte nicht geöffnet werden. Die Innentüren sind gefährlich, weil sie sich unter Umständen nicht öffnen lassen, wenn sie geschlossen wurden. Unser Sohn war auf der Toilette, als die Verriegelung sich nicht mehr öffnen ließ. Wir mussten mit Schraubenzieher und Zange die Tür öffnen an einem Samstagabend. Wenn das nicht geklappt hätte, hätten wir die Tür aufbrechen müssen oder die Feuerwehr rufen. Rauchmelder sind nicht vorhanden, obwohl gesetzlich vorgeschrieben. Wir würden die Wohnung nicht mehr nehmen.
