close to city's symbols. i never used to city transportation system. clean and silent room. friendly employees. but most important is; hotel give a smartphone which has unlimited internet and voice calls.
Good service and good location, I found Villa Eugénie by chance, it’s near my work place. It’s not far from the transport. Personally, I like the room here and the breakfast in the morning. The receptionists are very helpful. Hope to come back soon.
The hotel is really nice 👍 , the customer service was perfect 👌 . The rooms are very cleaned and very beautiful , the design for the rooms and hotel it is in style Parisian. We will return back for sure.
We had a corner Rome with was nice on the 3rd floor. I loved the French windows that opened up to see and hear the city at night. Room was quaint. Downstairs was cute and was very French. Breakfast there was excellent. There is a small store next door that sold many items and most importantly wine and cheese. Which made it nice when we came back later at night after sightseeing all day. There were not many cafes open late near the hotel which was one downfall. We did walk, which was a long walk to the metro several times from the hotel to go sight seeing. It's not very centrally located so you will have to do that or taxi. All and all I enjoyed our stay there.
very old hotel and smelly, need urgent maintenance, all the light bulbs were blown, sink were blocked. rude stuff, uneven and uncomfortable bed. we changed the room three time in our 4 days stay, once we complained they gave us worse room knowing that we told them it is our honey moon, i dont recomment it to anyone.
It is a nice hotel and the rooms are comfortable but there is HUDGE problem with security and privacy. One is supposed to leave the key at the desk one they leave the room. Upon return, you just say your room number - they don't even ask your name - and they give you the key. Basically, anyone can walk from the street and ask for your room number and get your key. One late night,, I returned and my key was mysteriously missing. The desk person asked me 3 times and insisted I did not leave the key with them, which I did. They finally found it 15 min later. And another night I was given a key for a different room - not mine - and the keys are numbered. Which means I could have entered that person's room. Also, during daytime, while I was was undressing the maid unlocked the door ( without even knocking). I had it locked on the inside. Basically, even if you lock the room anyone with a key can enter it. I just woke up now in the middle of the night - I though someone was trying to open my room. I feel very unsafe here. Also, if you are a business traveler - the internet is very intermittent.
Excellent hotel, very clean, warm, very professional and friendly staff. I slept really well on comfortable bed and very quiet. Great location, easy access and will stay there again for sure. Highly recommended to all.
Great place to stay, room was clean and comfortable, staff are friendly and nice, great location . I had a really good time we enjoyed our stay, very resonably priced Will definitely stay here again and recommend it !
I stayed 1 week at Villa Eugénie.. The staff are extremely friendlyand helpful... I would like specially to thank the reception lady who offered us a small white wine bottle during our check in as well as the restaurant lady at breakfast who has a warm welcoming smile and was very helpful and fast in serving my father and myself... Thank u for making our stay a very "agréable" one..
Room was dirty, leak in the bathroom with slippery floor , Hotel staff don't care and do not bother at all, everyone says "it is not my job" or This is Paris we are always rude, Hotel staff were shoutingat some customers Room facilities were not provided After several attempts it seemed like a waste of time trying to reason with staff who dont care(It seemed like staf must be getting a big bonus or promotion if they behaved extremely rude and horrible to customers)Please DO NOT STAY THERE
