My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights. Our flight got delayed and ended up checking in very late, past 11pm, the receptionist was very nice and accomodating, and quickly checked us in and we were in our room in no time. There is a lift/elevator, which made was helpful as we had luggage. We were very close, a few blocks from the underground train station. The Garnier opera is about a 10 minute walk, and the arch of Triumph about 15 minute walk. There are many cafes and restaurants to eat near the hotel. The staff was very nice and friendly and made good recommendations on places to eat. Some people complain about the size of the bedroom and the bathroom, we found them to work just fine for us. Anyone that has done much travel in Europe knows that that is very normal/common. As for the bed it was very comfortable, we had a queen and slept very well. I loved the atmosphere and the decor, and if were to come back to Paris, we would stay there again.

Deep noise of the ventilation system in the bathrooms. I had to change my room after the fist night because I could hear it through the mattress and pillow. The ventilation works 24/7. The worst is the housekeeper. Not only she leaves her wig hung on a door handle in the hallway, but she intentionally left a portion of the wig (big nut-size) inside a folded towel. Maybe she was annoyed with something I did. The Metro station is 12m-walking distance away. Near a train station that only gets to Saint Lazare.

Beautiful Hotel, Very typically French interior. Lovely and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Great view from the room. Close by to local bars pubs and restaurants. The train station in within walking distance. Highly recommend would certainly go again.

First i would say the hotel is perfect for my stay, I stay with my mother from 22 Jan - 25 Jan 2018. The location is accessible using Transsilien L and the best part is it still on the 1st zone of Paris so I can use T+ Tickets from Gare St. Lazare to Pont Cardinet. The Reception is very helpful and very nice person. The Restaurant crew are nice and amiable, especially Hadda, she prepares everything in the restaurant. The room was perfect, It's small but I had a very good night sleep, you can see outside from the window, but sometimes the streets are noisy with people talking and chatting in the night. the bathroom was OK, because the heater directly behind the WC so you can't sit straight when taking dump. but overall Villa Eugenie is very good 10/10 for me. Thank you villa eugenie :) for having an elevator to bring luggages. Superb !!!

Very clean hotel and good location. Staff are helpful. It is very quiet and welcoming. There nice bars and supermarkets nearby. Closest tube is 10 minutes walk. It can be tricky if you have lots of luggage. You will get a mobile phone to call some countries abroad and local numbers. You can take the mobile phone with you while visiting Paris plus accès Internet.

close to city's symbols. i never used to city transportation system. clean and silent room. friendly employees. but most important is; hotel give a smartphone which has unlimited internet and voice calls.

Good service and good location, I found Villa Eugénie by chance, it’s near my work place. It’s not far from the transport. Personally, I like the room here and the breakfast in the morning. The receptionists are very helpful. Hope to come back soon.

The hotel is really nice 👍 , the customer service was perfect 👌 . The rooms are very cleaned and very beautiful , the design for the rooms and hotel it is in style Parisian. We will return back for sure.

We had a corner Rome with was nice on the 3rd floor. I loved the French windows that opened up to see and hear the city at night. Room was quaint. Downstairs was cute and was very French. Breakfast there was excellent. There is a small store next door that sold many items and most importantly wine and cheese. Which made it nice when we came back later at night after sightseeing all day. There were not many cafes open late near the hotel which was one downfall. We did walk, which was a long walk to the metro several times from the hotel to go sight seeing. It's not very centrally located so you will have to do that or taxi. All and all I enjoyed our stay there.

very old hotel and smelly, need urgent maintenance, all the light bulbs were blown, sink were blocked. rude stuff, uneven and uncomfortable bed. we changed the room three time in our 4 days stay, once we complained they gave us worse room knowing that we told them it is our honey moon, i dont recomment it to anyone.
