Great hotel located short walk to Arc de Triomphe. Excellent staff with fantastic concierge service! Wonderful choice for romantic getaway. Short walk to Champs Elysees and good restaurants/cafes.

I absolutely loved my stay here. My room was beautiful and spotless, the staff could not have been more helpful and gracious and the hotel is in a convenient location, yet even on the second floor, it was quiet enough to sleep. The hotel itself has a fascinating history, including famous guests like Hemingway. Highly recommend and I would stay here again without hesitation

We booked our room after taking into consideration, location, hotel type, amenities, and reviews from others. We were not disappointed. The front desk, one's first contact and impression, was extremely friendly and attentive. As we had an early arrival, our room was not ready. Rather than wait, we negotiated an upgrade and were very glad we did. Our suite exceeded 500 square feet and was located on the quiet courtyard. Guillame, Alain, and the night manager Fehmi, were particularly helpful. Do not let anyone try to convince you that the French are brusque or snobby-- ALL our contacts - tous la monde- were gracious. The breakfasts are pricey, but there are other locations available. The Champs Elysees and Avenue de George V are within 7 iron range, There are larger national chains, more expensive offerings , and less appealing venues to be had, but for attention to detail, personal service, and location, this is a remarkable boutique hotel.

My husband and I just returned from our stay in France at The Napoleon Hotel. The hotel is in a perfect location, right next to Champs De Elysees and the Arch De Triumph. There are many great restaurants near and the subway is right around the corner. We upgraded our room to a suite that overlooked the street and it was beautiful! The hotel sent us a bottle of champagne and some french cookies upon our arrival to our room. The breakfast that the hotel offers is wonderful, too! Everything is fresh and delicious. The only negative thing I can say is that we had to pay for wifi in our room but it was free in the lobby. I would stay in this 102 room hotel again. I loved it!

Objective opinion: Nice little hotel with great location. Nice staff. However you don't see the Arc de Triomphe from your room unless you're in the Emperial suite which is the most expensive suite on the top floor. Small bottle of water in the room fridge was $12 so bring your water. No free Wi Fi. For a 5 star hotel its not acceptable. If you're planning on taking the cab the help at the front door is not always there. The last day the hot water was out so we had to take a cold water shower before going to the airport.

Paris in springtime was chilly, but we loved our hotel. My wife and I were there with our two teens, and Paris was a hit. This hotel was smallish, cozy and staff friendly and helpful. Very nice room. Not huge, but well decorated and looked rich. We would definitely stay again.

Very nice and nicely managed hotel in a superb location just steps from the Arc de Triomphe. The staff is on their toes and will do anything they can to make your stay productive and enjoyable.

A clean pleasant comfortable family run hotel, my second time there.

The Napoleon has become our hotel when in Paris. The staff could not be better and did everything they could to make our stay perfect. The location near the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs -Elysees make it ideal. Our accomodations were spacious and made to our liking.Warm, clean and comfortable. We will always return to the Napoleon.

Hotel Napoleon was wonderful. Just a block off from the Champs Elysees with views of both the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. Very safe surroundings and good shopping. Breakfast buffet is somewhat expensive, but the experience does make up for it. Would definitely stay again- Almost booked a cheaper hotel last minute, but after passing by that hotel on the way back to the airport, we were soooo glad to have stayed at Hotel Napoleon.

Even though we reserved the Jr. suite, but they gave us a suite with the view of Arc de triumph. The bathroom was nice, clean and big. The room was spacious and we have three closets in the room. The staff was very friendly and the location was perfect.

Old hotel, uncomfortable & tiny room. Very expensive & not great breakfast. You're paying for the location - but there are better hotels to be had in the area.

the hotel has an extremely convenient location. plus, the rooms are spotless, the staff is quite friendly, and the hotel offers authentic french decor (i.e. opulent chandeliers, a fireplace in the lobby, & french doors to your private balcony). i only have a ftwo complaints: 1) some walls in the bedroom were paper thin; 2) 20 euros a day for internet access is sinful.

Hotel Napoleon was a beautiful hotel with an excellent location. We were able to tour Paris by taking the Metro everywhere and were able to walk to many of the most famous sites. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Although the room was small, the service and cleanliness more than made up for that. We would definitely stay there again.

This is a perfect location to all the hot spots to be seen in Paris. You are within in minutes of walking distance to most highligyts of Paris. Those that do require to be traveled to the Metro (subway) is seconds from the front entrance. This was our thirs time in Paris and at same hotel. We love this hotel, very clean, professional staff and great location. Rooms are a bit small but are very classy. Errol Flinn used to stay at this hotel when he came to Paris.

Paris was our last stop on a 2 week holiday and Hotel Napoleon was a wonderful way to end our holiday. It is perfectly situated for sight seeing convenience.

The Hotel Staff were very friendly and the room was great.

Hotel location is perfect. Very close to the Charles de Gaulle Etoile Metro station which has multiple connections to different lines making it easier to go to the different areas in Paris and CDG airport via the Metro/RER.

Friends first trip to Paris and her birthday! She was a little disappointed in the room at first as she had never been to Europe. It didn't take long for the friendly and helpful staff to calm her down and win her over. The concierges were extremely helpful with dinner suggestions and transportation. Maids were very polite and turndown service with a truffle was great. Everyone was so polite and tolerate of our lousy French. We ate several meals there and they were about the price of everywhere else, but better. I did think the buffet breakfast was very good, but very expensive. The location was excellent for catching the open top buses or the metro and people watching. Highly recommend.

The Hotel is at a very good location and close to shopping, dining and few attractions. I wish the rooms were a bit bigger but then it is Paris, we were out most if the time.
