Staff was extremely helpful, polite, friendly and very accommodating. The hotel was beautifully decorated and pleasantly clean and fragrant. The property is at a nice location, However I feel like it need to improve in the service, I stayed for 4 nights, room was too hot, try to lower the air but it set to be at 30f anyways we’ve manage to deal with it, the night before we ran out of shampoo and shower gel, I think that should be refill every day, had a Boucher for two drinks at the bar that I could never get, they were either closing or too busy to accommodate us at the bar, guy in charge of the restaurant and bar was kind of rude, the way he approached to people is not the right way for a 5 star hotel! People at the front desk were nice and the guys that help out with the luggage. Not sure if I would stay here again.

We completely enjoyed our experience with Hotel Napoleon. We arrived early, our room was ready when we arrived weary from travel. They upgraded our room to a Suite at no additional charge which was incredible, we were so happy with our spacious, very clean and comfortable rooms. Concierge was spectacular and so very helpful every day of our trip, Gerard was so special with all his kind assistance and Carlos was great! Overall staff was friendly and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
