This property overall was nice, clean and well located. I had an unfortunate experience with being told there was breakfast included in my stay but didn't use it because I hadn't wanted it until the last day when I had just a coffee which I was charged for on my way to my uber (after already checking out). Also the iron supplied in the room was very old and not fully functioning. Overall you see why its a 3 star property in these ways and others that different properties have been able to do better in.

A hidden gem! The room was very comfortable. Loved our little patio. Staff was super friendly. We were steps away from the Metro. It wasn’t in the trendiest district which we liked. There were plenty of walkable restaurants and little grocery stores.

Very nice little hotel in the center of Paris, just south of the Eiffel Tower. Two things to consider, however. The hotel is across the street from the elevated subway, but the trains were on strike when I was there so I couldn't tell how loud they would be if they were running. There are two strong windows and the train is in an enclosure right across from the hotel, but who knows. And it took some time to master the TV, but a small thing, to be sure...
