Small but decent. Did not get double bed after requesting 3 time over multiple months and was told it was handled, but never was.

This may be the worst hotel I've ever been to. The only good thing is its location. Walkable distance from Louvre Museum, Notre Dame and other. I can't understand how such a place can be located inside such a high-scale area. We felt like we didn't want to touch anything in the room, the bed was in poor condition, the carpet was filthy, the furniture looked like it was going to fall apart. The night lamps did not work. No towels in the bathroom, I had to come to the reception to ask for towels. The elevator is so tiny, two people with luggage cannot fit in it. I felt so disappointed about the hotel and about Orbitz for suggesting it that we just slept one night and first thing in the morning I got up, went around and booked another hotel in the area, knowing that I was going to lose over $700 in paid accommodation. Orbitz should reimburse me for such a bad experience.

The service and location of this hotel did not disappoint!! They helped me arrange a surprise bottle of champagne in our room and also another bottle in our daughter’s room. They also included a personalized note that I requested. It felt like 5-star service even before we arrived. They also arranged a private taxi to pick us up at the Eurostar station and take us straight to our hotel. There are so many delicious food options within walking distance and the river is close enough to walk down to in the evenings and stroll along.

Stayed here in June 2018 with my two daughters. We each had a single bed which was great. This hotel is in Great location!!! Very close to the Louvre. Safe area for walking late in the evening. Clean rooms and very comfortable beds. This hotel definitely could use some serious updating (bathrooms have some old cracked tiles and carpet warned out) but overall I was very happy with staying here. Specially because of the great location and affordable price. There is a great pastry shop nearby. We went there twice a day.

staff was very helpful, great location, room was small but OK

The room, with the exception of the bedding, was shabby at best.

the hotel is clean, small, nice people, but charge me more than tha page stated to charge me at the hotel

Stayed only one night but I think it was a great value at a great location.

Breakfast was bad and limited. Location was great. Only two blocks from a metro station and two blocks from De Louvre museum. Room was clean but carpet and furniture are very old that seem dirty. You can hear the other rooms. Breakfast buffet is NOT worth 15 euros extra per person, very limited and bad quality. Waiter in charge of breakfast was rude and made us feel uncomfortable always staring at us and checking out or table. It was self service. He had no reason to be stalking us.

My husband and I used this hotel as our homebase while in Paris on our Honeymoon. It's got a great location, decent prices and staff was friendly. This is not exactly a fancy hotel. Don't expect it to be. But if youre in Paris to explore and enjoy the sights and not to be pampered by a hotel, then this place may be for you. The pizza place across the street is awesome as well as the wine and cheese place. Also recommend the restaurant down the street that was reccomended by the hotel - Un Chien que Fume. One of the best casual meals we had in Paris.

The hotel was clean, beds were very comfy, the air-conditioning was perfect in the hot summer. There are restaurants close by. 2 Metro stations within a block or 2. It's on a side street so was quiet. The staff was extremely nice and spoke good english. great choice!

Stayed here for 5 nights, it is walking distance from most points of interest in Paris as well as the train station. Nice restaurants and bakeries around the corner, so do not recommend breakfast at the hotel.

Enjoyed the location. It was walking distance to the Louvre and the Hop-On Hop-Off pickup location.

One of the best locations in Paris, about 2 blocks from Louvre, surrounded by several great restaurants. We travel to Paris almost every year, for the past 10 years, this room was the biggest by far. We stayed there for 9 nights, and the sheets were not changed once, I think that management should instil on their cleaning staff to make sure the sheets are changed at least every 3 days, without the hotel guests having to tell them. All in all we still would stay there, due to the size of the room and location.

The Hotel Tonic is in a great location, a block or so from the subway, the Louvre is down the street and the Notre Dome is a short walk. Cafe's abound and the access to the sights is all too convenient. The hotel is an old row house style facility, but is up to date and has a charm all it's own... simple and clean. The staff was very helpful and it made for a perfect overnight hotel. If your need a quaint place to sleep and store your baggage, spending your time out in Paris sight seeing... this hotel is for you!

We stayed at Hotel Tonic to be close to the Louvre and the Notre Dame. It was a perfect location and saved us money as we were two blocks from the train station back to the airport and right off the metro line. The staff was fluent in English, informative and very helpful. Breakfast was offered for a reasonable fee
