We stayed here for 3 nights over the Easter holiday period. The hotel is easy to find, a few moments walk from Gare de L'Est, making it ideal for the metro across the city. Our room was on the top floor, clean, tidy and lovely big wide windows. Beds were comfy, and a hairdryer, kettle and free safety deposit box available. There is a busy bar/club opposite that was quite noisy one night, but it was a bank holiday so to be expected! Bathroom small but a lovely shower. We would use this hotel again in the future, a great base for a Parisian adventure!

Went to Paris as a short stay break. Hotel clean. Friendly staff. Was greeted by Thierno who couldn't have been more helpful. He helped us plan our itinerary giving directions and explaining the metro. Our room was small but perfect for our short stay all we did was sleep ( bed really comfy)and shower( which was fab) in it as we were out exploring. The hotel is situated 5mins from Gare de L'est train station and the metro is just across the road. Where the hotel is situated is just down a side road therefore very quiet at night. Will definitely be staying again hopefully next time it isn't snowing. My only moan I suppose is there is no drawers to put clothes away and if we were staying a longer time I would need more hanging space. We can't say if we were in a short stay room which would explain lack of storage.

Tim hotel is a neat clean small hotel that offers good value for the traveler. It offers a very nice breakfast buffet that gets you off to a good start for a busy day of sight seeing. Best of all it is within easy walking distance to the Gare de l'est so you can just hop on the metro and get around easily to just about anywhere in Paris or you can jump on the train to Chartre or Versailles. I'd definitiely stay here again.

Checked in at 7pm in the middle of January to find the heating in the tiny room had been on nearly 30 degrees all day. This temperature stayed for the duration of our stay despite setting the air con to 16 on the cool setting. Windows open inwards and the curtains can’t close with them open so unfortunately we had to try and sleep in the hottest room on earth. There’s nothing quite like only getting 3 hours sleep and waking up in a pool of your own sweat to set you up for a day in Paris. No fans available at reception and even if there were the rooms are that small you wouldn’t have anywhere to put them.

This was our second visit and in the interim it had been renovated. The rooms are compact but very clean and well decorated. The bathroom was super clean and the shower was fabulous. A good night’s sleep was had by all as the beds were comfy and it’s very quiet at night. Breakfast was good value with a choice of delicious fruit salad, yoghurts, breads, cheeses etc. The best thing was the staff, nothing was too much trouble. Specifically the two people on night reception were super friendly and the man who organised the breakfast room. He even went around the room offering us all fresh warm baguettes. We will definitely return.

Wifey has never seen Paris, so our 24th Anniversary fit the bill. I booked our Paris-Eurostar-London whirlwind through Virgin Vacations. We chose this Timhotel (6 in Paris) because of good location and reasonable rates. We were able to take the #310 Bus from CDG Airport to within 2 blocks of Hotel. Plenty of Yelp rated restaurants in the area. We like to walk and learned how to use the Metro. Hotel room was small, but expected. Compact contemporary layout. Windows and walls were insulated and NEVER heard any neighbors or the elevator next door. Breakfast was a highlight with a nice selection of pastries, cheese, ham, yogurts, and coffee. They even had a pot of hot milk for my cafe au lait! Service at the Desk and at Breakfast was warm and professional. We will return!

This hotel is in a great location just 10 minutes walk from gare de nord. The rooms aren’t fancy but beds are very comfortable, shower good and I liked the fact you could open the windows (we were in a back facing room so was very quiet at night, the surrounding streets were very quiet at night). There was a very good choice of restaurants close by ,hotel staff were very helpful , I left my purse in my room when we vacated the room but it was safely returned when we came back for our bags later in the afternoon. The hotel is in a perfect location to visit all of Paris’s top sights,I would definitely return.

Rooms very small Very rough/dodgy area Breakfast with limited choice Television remote didn't work Television only had a limited amount of working channels Lock didn't work on the room door or in the bathroom Only one English television channel which was the euro news No plug in the bathroom sink so had to keep the tap running in order to wash your face Shower was unpredictable Towels were too small for use Wind whistled through the gaps in the window pane even though the window was shut Wouldn't stay again as we felt genuinely uncomfortable and unsure of our safety on a night However, the stay was average and we had a good time at Disneyland and around the main area of Paris Staff were friendly and helpful.

Vi bodde her på vårt siste besøk i Paris. Et koselig hotell bare noen få minutter unna Metro, buss, etc. Grei gangavstand til det meste. Butikker og restauranter like i nærheten.

I've booked a room in this hotel close to my apartment for my mother who had to comme to Paris for a medical appointment. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that it was fully booked and we were offered a room in an other hotel in an other neghborhood. We refused the offer, my mother being very tired (she suffer from Parkinson's disease) prefering to stay to my place. Despite those circumstances and the fact they couldnt meet their commitment, the hotel refused to reimburse the amount of the reservation which had been debited from my account by the hotel two days before. For these reasons, I would not recommend this hotel.
