Summary:
Come and stay at my thoughtfully design apartment suitable for up to 4 guests. My apartment is suited in the heart of the Latin Quarter, which means you will have unlimited options of places to visit and see. I have recently renovated my apartment to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

Please note that the keys have to be collected from a store that is 12 minutes away from the property by foot (800 m). Upon checkout, you will have to drop off the keys at the same address.

Please note that the property is not wheelchair accessible.

The Neighborhood:
Our apartment is the perfect base for exploring Paris. Just a few minutes' walk from iconic landmarks like the Seine River, the Panthéon, Notre-Dame de Paris, and the Luxembourg Gardens, you'll be in the heart of the city. The Saint-Michel and Odéon metro stations are within 100 yards, providing easy access to the entire city.

For your daily needs, you'll find a variety of shops nearby, including a 24-hour bakery, a fresh fruit and vegetable shop, and the Saint Germain des Prés market. Situated in the prestigious fashion district of Saint-Germain, the neighborhood is both artistic and lively, with numerous cafés, restaurants, art galleries, bookstores, and cinemas, many of which screen films in their original English.

Located in the 6th arrondissement, Saint-Germain des Prés in the Latin Quarter was once the haunt of artists and intellectuals and is now a vibrant area popular with students. The neighborhood boasts high-end shops, art galleries, restaurants, and movie theaters, ensuring there's something for everyone to enjoy.

Getting Around:
You can easily reach the apartment by rail from both Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports. Numerous bus lines provide convenient access to all parts of Paris. Additionally, three public parking lots are located within 50 to 300 meters of the apartment

Other Things to Note:
We kindly request that you read the house rules prior to booking and respect them during your stay. Parties or events of any kind will not be tolerated. Violation of this rule will result in eviction from the property and charges for any damages or additional cleaning required. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!

Noise level: With regard to noise, unfortunately, we cannot control neighborhood noise but we always encourage our guests to contact us so that we can intervene if necessary.

Please be aware that you are legally required to pay the city tax amount of a maximum 2.88€ per night and per guests over 18 as part of the French regulation.
