Hostnfly was a terrible concierge

The apartment itself was very fine. Hostnfly, the concierge in charge of unit was totally unresponsive. The advertised clothes washer leaked on the first day of our stay, and despite phone calls and e-mails, their only response in the two week stay was that they were waiting to hear from someone to fix it. Even those responses were slow in coming. In addition, the location to pick up and drop off the key was about 1/2 mile from the unit, very inconvenient if you are dragging suitcases to the apartment. It made for a very frustrating stay.
