Premium higher priced studio has only ONE chair, only French TV stations, tiny showers with no place to leave your soap, breakfast run by amateurs, small rooms, no real lobby, no balconies, very stingy, minimalistic student type of dorm.
Nothing is good in this hotel. Starting from rooms to washing area. Few rooms in the top most floors are duplex and in duplex rooms the lowest part is like a dungeon and it is extremely suffocating and dangerours. You need to climb the tiny stairs to reach the bed room. In case you slip the stairs you are gone. Washing area is so dirty and unclean. And the staff , they are worst people we can dream about. All receptionist are managers and no one bothers about client need.If anyone goes and ask for the manager all staff say i am the manager.
Below average, overpriced, not so clean, noisy room, terrible bedding, smelly sheets, poor service. However, the local area is great. Safe, quiet, big shopping mall, big outlet, medical center, pharmacy, train station and variety of restaurants. I would not recommend this hotel unless it is the only choice available!!!
Starting with, you will find much better options with cheaper rates and high quality aparthotels to stay in Paris or La defense. Looks are deceptive, this is a fact with the lovely images the hotel has posted on Tripadvisor and elsewhere. Initially even I was mesmerised but that was short-lived. The rooms are too small even for a single occupancy, the cleaning isnt upto the mark, the elevator and laundry services are of poor standards. Most of the people at the front desk refrain from speaking or understanding English which is the worst. The place is not worth a single penny, you will find better options nearby ( Residhome Appart Hotel, Adagio etc. )
After booking a filthy place on airbnb, I couldn't stay there anymore. I needed a hotel for another 2 weeks, but my budget was limited. I walked up and down the road that leads from the 1st and 2nd stops on the metro 1, trying to find a decent place to stay. This hotel was hard to find, so I took a cab to check it out. I booked a room online right away, and they let me check in around noon. The staff is gracious, and most speak English, though I try to practice my French when in France. The added bonus was a laundry room downstairs, with dryers! It was a little odd, because you had to get a token from the front desk, but anyone who spends a lot of time in Europe knows what a luxury it is to have access to a washer and dryer. The hotel is not air-conditioned, but I bought a little fan from a place in the mall, about a 10 minute walk away. The room was very clean, and has a kitchenette. A neighborhood grocery store is about a 3 minute walk away. I enjoyed the walk to the metro everyday, but you can take a tram if that's an issue. It's not the part of Paris that you think of when you imagine the grand old architecture, but it was nice to have a bit of modern convenience when I got home at night. The close proximity to the grand arch and all the shops was also a bonus. I loved the events that went on during the weekends. This hotel was surprisingly within my budget, and I would stay there again. The only down side, is that the trash receptacle for the entire hotel is inside the building. Sometimes, when you entered, you could smell it in the lobby. My room was on the 9th floor, and after the horror show that was my first place in Paris, a little whiff of trash on the first floor was a minor snag.
This place is cheap and you get what you pay for. Staff are lovely of course (not good at speaking English but with good humour and schoolchild French i was able to communicate). Rooms are small and views are of the concrete jungle that is the cheap part of Courbevoie. Strange and unpleasant smells from the plumbing were usually overpowered by waves of cigarette smoke of mysterious origin. I found this depressing and won't be coming back but if you need a cheap hotel in the area, it's cheaper than any other options, including airbnb.
The worst experience you can get if you stay in this hotel. They cheated pictures and description information in booking.com Old furniture, small room, bad smell, very low ceiling, very old and used corridor carpet! Briefly, horrible hotel!!!!! Looks like a jail
Quiet and secluded in leafy streets just 10 minutes walk from the Grande Arche Metro station. Rooms have balconies and kitchenette. This one was not fantastically maintained, but the staff were happy to accommodate any issues, and supply extra bits that were not present in the kitchen equipment.
If you are on business and need wifi in your room , then forget this one, it doesnt exist. Otherwise the room is well fitted with comfortable bed and the location is right next to La Defense but no air conditioning
A good apartment hotel with all basic amenities including utensils for kitchen. Good hospitality.Rooms are clean and decently big. Book in advance so get best deals. Good for families on short visit to France.
