The hotel staff was overall okay, but not particularly friendly, some were noticeably unhelpful. The room didn’t match the photos: chipped paint, missing drapes, not very clean. There was a dead bug in the bathroom corner and long black hair in the sink. Had to ask for basic supplies like toilet paper. The laundromat situation left a bad taste, no refund for unused coins, and staff seemed afraid of the bald manager, who refused to help. Overall, the experience was just over okay, but it left a bad taste in the mouth.

Located in a quiet corner of La Defence. The metro was only a 10 minute walk. Many restruants and small grociery stores nearby including La Defence Arch Square. The breakfast was wonderful.

We were there for 4 nights. The location was a lot further away from public transport than expected. The a/c didn’t work properly, we were given a fan that only moved hot air around. The hall carpet was dirty and worn The elevator security system didn’t work properly and we were told to keep trying. Most of the front desk staff were abrupt and not very helpful.

Not for solo females

The primary issue for me, as a solo female traveler, was the safety. There was no way for me to lock my door from the inside of my room (see picture). Additionally, at one point I needed a new key and front desk just asked for my room number and made it- they didn't confirm it was me staying there with ID or anything. I felt on edge sleeping here because of the lack of lock. The room was fine, the mattresses were hard. If you are taller than 5'8 the shower will be a bit tricky for you. Additionally, there was no blackout or privacy curtain on the window. Only a very sheer cover. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it.
