Good localization. Modern, clean rooms nad lobby. Breakfasts are not so fancy - decent but not varied. Bar could be equipped much better but prices are acceptable. Personel is nice nad helpful. A bit loud in the morning due to traffic, especially on lower floors. Nice accommodation staff including full kitchen.
There were two major drawbacks: 1) the fuse box in the room made a loud humming noise once I put my room card in the slot to turn the lights on. I changed rooms and it was only marginally better in the other room. The only solution for sleeping was to take the room card out and therefore disable the lights at night (!). I have attached a picture of the “humming board” to give an idea of the technology and allow you (and the hotel?) to check it out. 2) Breakfast was a scrum. On the last day at 08:00 most of the tables were covered in used crockery, so that eating was reminiscent of breakfasting in a student squat. During the whole time I was having my breakfast no one came round to clear the detritus from my table or from any other tables that I could see. And the price for what was provided was high even for Paris: Parc du Millénaire or Prix du Millionaire?
First Visit to France. Stayed here for a week. Pleasant place and very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is near shopping center and underground transport into the city center. Lovely place to stay for those who seek a quiet retreat after the high buzzing life of the city of Paris.
Everything was great and clean. The breakfast was awesome. There's always someone at the reception which is great. The hotel itself is near "La Defense" and easily accessible on foot from the "La Defense" metro station.
I have visited Paris a couple of times and always like to stay at this ApartHotel. So if you're looking for a budget hotel along with good services, you can choose this hotel. Its very close to RER Metro line and is in La Defence area. Overall a good choice hotel.
Friendly staff. Location is great. On first day we walked from La Defense station, with luggage in tow for 15-20 minutes. You can take bus 73 or T 2 line (light rail) - on stop (Fausborg something) and then goes from being a good location to a great one! All attractions become accessible because of this. Even the Versailles palace. We had a studio - and it was a triple room. So two beds and a sofa bed. We booked on lastminute.com and it was a package with Eurostar tickets. No breakfast buffet included. But patesseries are nearby. The one near the tram stop is supposed to be one of the best but was closed for the holidays. A FranPrix (mini-mart) is across the street and Monoprix (supermarket) is also nearby. You can buy ready made meals and heat them up using the microwave in the room. There is also induction cooker with pots and pans and a compliment of dishes. The fridge is great and is bigger than a bar fridge. Buy juice, yogurt and cheese and have on hand. Even a small dishwasher! They have washing machines and dryers for guests' use - 4 Euro for wash and 2 Euro to dry. Do this at night when you come back. Rooms (including washroom) have good heaters - the temperature went to -2! This was great as our daughter got sick with a cold and this was very nice for her. Beds looked like Hypno beds from the UK. Firm and very easy to sleep. They clean the rooms every 2 days but very generous with towels, tissues, shampoo, etc. Only one small glitch- when they cleaned the bathroom and they took the bathmat and it took a day to get a new one! Wifi is reliable and fast. Showers are hot, rooms are clean and the location is really perfect. You will feel at home with the friendly staff.
My daughter, grandson and I went to Paris for a week over Thanksgiving. We booked this hotel as part of an American airlines vacation. We had a one bedroom unit with a living room with 2 sofa beds, a mini kitchen, and a full bath with tub and shower. Everyone had their own bed. We were able to cook breakfast and heat up food for dinner. The location is fine for sightseeing because the train and metro station are nearby with convenience stores, department stores, restaurants, grocery stores etc in the same area. It was clean, comfortable and more than a great home base.
It is a nice hotel , good staff, clean, affordable cost, located in good area near shopping centers, restaurants, cafes, near to public transportation and taxi. You can go to la defense by walking just a hundreds of meters
We stayed at the Residhome in Courbevoie this past October and we were very pleased with our visit. The hotel was very nice, clean, and a great apartment hotel. The kitchenet was stocked well and the cups, utensils, etc. were clean. The bedding was clean and comfortable. The rooms were modern and TV, Internet, etc. functioned well. The staff was patient and friendly and were very helpful as we were having problems getting our reservations changed to this hotel. We had booked a different hotel online and the reservation turned out to be a disaster. We were still working out the cancellation of that hotel and the new booking to Residhome. The staff at Residhome provided me the time, workspace, and even a phone line to our booking problem squared away. Prior to our arrival, my email questions was answered quickly! During our stay we had a couple of special needs, as we were travelling with my 75-year-old mother. The staff responded kindly and were willing to aid us in these matters. The location is outside the main city hub, but a short bus ride to get into the city center. Great night views into the "Defense" part of the city. The bus around the corner goes right to the arc de triomphe, one of the stops on the "Big Bus Paris Tour" network. There are two supermarkets (1 big, 1 small) within 2 minutes, pharmacies and banks readily available. All in all, I would recommend this hotel. We enjoyed our stay and the hotel helped to turn our bad situation into a very nice stay.
My 15-yr-old son & I stayed here during his spring break. It was an ideally suited to we New Yorkers because we don't mind taking the Metro and walking about 10 minutes to the hotel. I slept on the bed while my son slept on the sofa bed, especially after a long day in Paris center, while I cooked in the small kitchen which was fully equipped with plates, bowls, cups, utensils. It helped me to spend less money on eating out. The living area, the kitchen & the bathroom were clean. It was definitely larger than many studio apts in New York. There's a mini mart across the street, but we bought our supply from the larger market near Starbucks or in the Metro station. There's also a huge fresh market that we discovered on our last day. Get to free breakfast early because it's the best fresh food which runs out. Highly recommend.
