awesome front desk staff- loved them and the property and will definitely come back again. just a suggestion for reclaiming luggage after check out-if you can keep a separate bell desk area so standing in line again at check in counter can be avoided and time saved. we almost had 20 mins plus wait time to reclaim our tagged bags on our way back to airport as there were a lot of people checking in.

Convenient hotel

It’s very convenient, 3 mins walk to underground and 10mins walk to Westfield shopping mall. Everything good and I will stay again for next trip.

I normally don’t write reviews, but i absolutely loved this hotel. First off the hotel is a bit far from airports / the main center of paris but it’s so easy to get to by train (train station is right in front of the hotel). The hotel itself was beautiful, the lobby was clean and open, the level lounge was great to have access to, the skyline bar had amazing views of paris (drinks were a little pricey though). I got a city room view and was able to see the Eiffel Tower from it

The hotelwas very close to the metro and buses. The staff were very helpful. They will upsell you but its worth it. I will definitely go back to hotel again.

Always a comfortable stay. Good service, spacious roons. Breakfast was amazing and plentiful. Hotel is next to the metro. Parking vest door is convenient. We always here stay here when visiting Paris

It’s my second stay in Meliá Paris La Defense. Very helpful staff, large rooms, tasty breakfast, and nearby transportation…. The only problem was no air conditioning or aeration in the rooms and all the group was suffocating….
