Wow! The hotel was beautiful and amazing! I slept like a rock.

It’s a very luxurious lobby a short walk from tram which is great. But the design of rooms is just plain silly. First, you get off elevator to complete darkness and then lights go on as you walk to your room. Very gloomy. Room has stained carpet, a bathroom door which is difficult to open and close. And air conditioning seems not not respond to changes in settings st all. I called front desk for help, they said someone would come to help. 20 minutes later no one came do I called again and they said she was on her way. No one came at all. The place is basically all facade and little sense of function.

The staff was simply outstanding from check-in through checkout

Great hotel for the night before a flight out of CDG. Maybe not the most "kid" friendly hotel and seemed more geared to business types but very clean and friendly service and easy access to terminal train to CDG.

Perfect in every way. I loved being so close to public transportation. I only wish we had more time to stay there.

Very convenient to the airport and high end faciltiy

The rooms were big compared to most french hotels. All up to date modern. Plenty of usb and outlets to charge phones. No need for adapters either. The room service was quick. Their burger was delicious! Even though this hotel is at terminal 3 there is no airplane noise heard from the room. Had a great night sleep not to mention the bed was comfy! Will definitely stay here again

We asked for a corkscrew to open a bottle of wine, and there was none in the entire hotel for guest use. Really - no corkscrew in a French hotel?

Lovely Hotel within walking distance of the airport.

I had reserved a suite for my last day in France, I was on the 8th floor in which I stepped into the elevator and one of the lady’s who was showing a guest one of the meeting rooms, told me I was on the wrong elevator, and I told her I’m on the right one. She insisted that my elevator was across from the 8th and 9th floor elevator. In to which I had to tell her I am on the 8th floor and that I was on the right elevator. This was the only issue I had in which I don’t feel a person should tell you where your room is or which elevator you should be in if you didn’t ask for help. But I had a great stay after that.

Great and convenient location for early flights out of CDG airport. We were able to take the airport train from the terminal to hotel. Super easy and we had 4 heavy pieces of luggage. Took Uber into Paris from hotel which cost about 45 euros. The hotel staff was great and super helpful. Our only small inconvenience was the bathroom door handle fell off immediately when opening. It was a pocket door handle that was glued into the pocket of the door. The hotel staff was super helpful advising! Kudos to all

Responsibly priced and excellent location to airport. Very friendly and helpful staff around the clock.

convenient location, easy to get to and from the airport.

4 stars on room condition. 5 stars if that sink in room 315 can drain.

It was nice to be by the airport for the morning of our return flight-if you don’t mind riding the train 40 minutes one way to get into Paris it’s the hotel for you😉

cannot adequately address an email... simple request... a total fail...

Hotel is certainly convenient to the airport and acceptable for a short layover. However, the front desk staff is less than enthusiastic about your presence, and the overall hotel rather cold and lifeless. The room service took well over an hour,,,for an airport hotel,,,not a great idea for weary travelers.

Great hotel for a layover at CDG. It’s nice not to have to take a shuttle bus. The airport train takes you straight to it. Clean, comfortable and a delicious breakfast.
