Probably one of the nicest airport hotels I have ever stayed in. Easy check in. Great staff and service.

The hotel is top on all aspects but the element I noticed the most was the friendliness of the staff: from reception to room service, restaurant and front desk everybody was extremely kind, helpful and proactive. Well beyond what I am used at airport hotels!

The overnight stay between flights at this hotel was absolutely perfect! It is within walking distance from the terminal, but I had thought it'd be easier to find. It was a bit difficult "laborious" to find the train, once on it, however it was pretty easy. That would be one recommendation - o give incoming guests more detailed instructions on how to reach it from the Terminal. Otherwise, the hotel was excellent. Lobby - aesthetically pleasing, design and greenery, staff - super pleasant. Bedding... sheets, comforters and pillows - high-quality and amazing. VERY comfortable! Everything felt extremely clean, new and pleasant... Shower too, was solid. I enjoyed it tremendously for my 12-hour stay and will absolutely stay again, if needing an overnight at the airport. HIGHLY recommend.

A poor value. I stayed at this Pullman because I had great experiences with that particular chain in China. I was disappointed by this experience in relation to the cost of the room. We had dinner at the partially closed restaurant; the meal was mediocre and service painstakingly slow in spite of low traffic. Rooms are ok, but smallish. What was not acceptable was the very pungent sewer smell in the bathroom, which transferred to the room the second you opened the door. One bedside light was not functioning. All in all, not a 5 star hotel in my opinion.

The employees at Pullman are friendly and professional. This was the third time my husband and I have stayed at this hotel and we have never been disappointed. The rooms are 5 star quality, the location is easy access to the airport and the food is great. We will continue to use them whenever we travel through CDG.

Service was excellent. Guillaume at the front desk went above & beyond in helping our jet-lagged selves connect with shuttles into Paris during strikes. Pool, location, breakfast all exactly what a travel hotel should be. Highly recommend.

Wow! The hotel was beautiful and amazing! I slept like a rock.

It’s a very luxurious lobby a short walk from tram which is great. But the design of rooms is just plain silly. First, you get off elevator to complete darkness and then lights go on as you walk to your room. Very gloomy. Room has stained carpet, a bathroom door which is difficult to open and close. And air conditioning seems not not respond to changes in settings st all. I called front desk for help, they said someone would come to help. 20 minutes later no one came do I called again and they said she was on her way. No one came at all. The place is basically all facade and little sense of function.

The staff was simply outstanding from check-in through checkout

Great hotel for the night before a flight out of CDG. Maybe not the most "kid" friendly hotel and seemed more geared to business types but very clean and friendly service and easy access to terminal train to CDG.

Perfect in every way. I loved being so close to public transportation. I only wish we had more time to stay there.

Very convenient to the airport and high end faciltiy

The rooms were big compared to most french hotels. All up to date modern. Plenty of usb and outlets to charge phones. No need for adapters either. The room service was quick. Their burger was delicious! Even though this hotel is at terminal 3 there is no airplane noise heard from the room. Had a great night sleep not to mention the bed was comfy! Will definitely stay here again

We asked for a corkscrew to open a bottle of wine, and there was none in the entire hotel for guest use. Really - no corkscrew in a French hotel?
