First time in Paris, wonderful first impression from the staff. Always willing to help. It was quiet when we needed rest. Well recommended this place for those visiting Paris for the first time, the bus stop and Metro are just walking distance for easy access.
It was really great stay in Paris. Especially, as it it located near by the metro station and tram, it's easy to move around the Paris. It takes 40-45minutes to go Versailles Palace(?). Above all, the kindness of host is really impressive. I really aprreciate your kindness and the manner. They are really kind, nice and gentle. So if you have any questions or problems, don't hesitate to ask them. Enjoy your trip here!
Nice hotel. Well located to move around in public transportation. Surely hotel could be improved, but is worth its price comparing Paris prices. For me it was comfortable enough for a really nice stay in Paris in which I used the hotel only for sleeping.
This is the second time I stay at this hotel and all the possitive things I can say is that staff and location are great. The rooms are in great need of a complete renovation. Like really. The carpet is old and there is a funny smell. The sockets in the bathroom do not work (we had several rooms, and in none of it did it work) and the light must be switched off at the door. The interruptor by the bed does not work (also in all of the rooms). Book it just if desperate.
Good location for how is going to thé exhibition area parc expo Versailles. Thé staff was verry help full with good knowlage of the area restaurant shopping Thé room was à litel small but clean The breakfast was ok but they have to make it moor attractive. All m'y best wishies for the staff. Thanks Ramos
Great location for working at the exhibition area Lovly staff very help full The room was litel smal but suite The breakfast no inof thinks. Métro station near by t cross the City at the end if the day to visite paris. I recomand this hôtel ask for a level 5 or 6.thanks for the staff。
I've been staying at the hotel for a couple of days in October for a business trip. If you're going to an Exhibition center,- it is the best choice: only 2 minutes walk from it. Metro station is also very close, however you can also reach a city center for a half an hour walk. My room was a twin size (i was travelling alone), but to be honest, for me it would have been a bit pressing to stay with somebody else +, since it's really small. Breakfast is ok.
I know it's Paris and rooms are small... But these hotel is far extreme on the space. 1) if you travel with a partner don't even think in staying at this hotel unless you travel with one luggage. It doesn't have any space in the room. 2) One can open the door and the bathroom at the same time, that's how small it is. 3) Housekeeping???? They don't know about this word. They can hardly clean! Carpet was dusty, didn't changed the bed linens in the whole 8 day stay! The bathroom wasn't clean when we arrived and you COULDN'T FLUSH THE TOILET!!! 4) Front Desk was nice and helpful, with what they could do. 5) If you need parking call to reserve a space and be sure to come back to the front desk to return the control to open the gate. Parking is horrible, horrible, stinks and hard to get out of there. 6) If you think to pay for the breakfast... Skip it! Again, I know it's France but come on!!!! If you wanted hard boiled eggs you would have to wait for 15 minutes, if not enjoy the bread, hams, cheeses or corn flakes! 7) The safety box didn't work neither the wifi! And don't expect any help to fix it. 8) We asked to clean the room in the afternoon because we over slept due to the jet lag and imagine the answer: HOUSEKEEPING ONLY WORKS BEFORE NOON!!! What type of answer is that!?!?!?!?! 9) Only 3 hangers in the small (tres petite) closet! 10) And finally the elevator... Where are the architects in Paris??? It doesn't have a shape you can describe... It's not a pentagon, nor a rectangle or a square... It can barely fit one person and one piece of luggage. SUMMARY: DON'T EVEN THINK IN STAYING HERE! OVERPRICED AND SIMPLY NOT WORTH IT!!
We stayed at the Pavillon Porte de Versailles for 4 days in June 2017. Rooms were clean but small like in most Paris hotels. Great location for the Expo and easy enough to reach other attractions. It is close to the public transport.
I had an amazing stay and this hotel. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating. The room was very clean and very welcoming. It was very spacious and just a pleasure to be in. The hotel manager was amazing, she went out of her way to ensure my stay was nothing less than fantastic throughout the duration.
