The first room I was given smell on cigarettes and I was given the new room, but both the new and the previous room were dirty and the furniture was old, with scratches. The bed is not a regular bed, but a sofa with a mattress on top. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again and I’d never give it 4 stars. The staff at the reception and at the restaurant were kind and helpful.

Hotel lists a shuttle service available every 30 minutes. However, guests are required to pre-book transportation for pick up/drop off. These instructions are not provided in any confirmation email or check in instructions from hotel. We pre-booked our pick up to the airport. As we were waiting outside at our pick up time, driver loaded another family closed the door and drove off without us. Hotel room itself was good. Breakfast is over-priced for what is offered. Service staff use guest elevator and we’re squishing carts in with guests on it. Also staff barged in elevator before myself, husband and young daughter were waiting for it. Wouldn’t stay here again due to the frustrations/annoyances and there are so many other options with similar value.

Hotel was ok, gets the job done- a place to sleep before your flight. Bathrooms definitely need an upgrade. Beds were clean , hotel is large so there could be a trek to your room if you have a lot of bags.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. Very arrogant night staff who will tell u anything just to get rid of u from the way. Ac not working in any of the rooms so expect to melt, when asking about the ac they will tell u government does not allow them to use the ac. Avoid if you dont want to stay in a boiling hot room.

We stayed here before our flight out of CDG and it was fabulous. For a fee, they let us check in at 09:30 and our baby was able to get a good nap in after a hectic travel schedule! The play area was great for our kids to run in, the staff was so kind and had colouring and puzzles for our kids to take on the flight. We walked to the large shopping mall quite easily which was a nice bonus. The breakfast in the morning had a huge selection and was delicious. Would recommend!

This place needs some changes

My wife and I have been staying at the NOVOTEL for the last 14 years. I have to say that this was probably our last stay in that place. There are a several reasons why I said that: 1. the bathroom tiles in room 336 were covered with MOLD!!! (black ); I specifically asked for the room in the middle of the floor since the last stay we were at the end of the hallway and guess what ...we got the room at the end of the hotel. (this is a bad joke, since the receptionist looked at the floor plan; the menu in the restaurant was poor ; the breakfast was really bad (comparing to other places) and the parking charges are ridiculous . So I think next time we will consider other place to spend the time by the CDG. The staff was doing its job, but the general impression was very poor (again)
