Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Expedia needs to remove this listing immediately. The ceiling in this apartment is swollen and caving in, and there is black mold that has spread on the walls and curtains. Highly unsanitary and unsafe. We tried to check in early after travelling for more than 31 hours, but were repeatedly directed to a broken link to pay a 300 Euro deposit and received no help, only to finally check in hours later and discover that the place was dangerous and unlivable. We spent hours contacting the involved parties (Checkmyguest, Expedia, VRBO) and then had to find another place to stay. Wasted an entire day of our trip. Remove this listing IMMEDIATELY.

Expedia muss dieses Angebot umgehend entfernen. Die Decke dieser Wohnung ist aufgequollen und stürzt ein, und schwarzer Schimmel hat sich an Wänden und Vorhängen ausgebreitet. Absolut unhygienisch und unsicher. Wir versuchten nach über 31 Stunden Reisezeit frühzeitig einzuchecken, wurden aber immer wieder auf einen defekten Link weitergeleitet, um eine Kaution von 300 Euro zu zahlen. Wir erhielten keinerlei Hilfe und konnten erst Stunden später einchecken, um festzustellen, dass die Wohnung gefährlich und unbewohnbar war. Wir verbrachten Stunden damit, die beteiligten Parteien (Checkmyguest, Expedia, VRBO) zu kontaktieren und mussten uns schließlich eine andere Unterkunft suchen. Ein ganzer Tag unserer Reise wurde uns dadurch vergeudet. Bitte entfernen Sie dieses Angebot SOFORT.

Nous avons apprécié la climatisation par temps chaud et avons aimé la cuisine bien équipée pour quelques repas sur place.
