We keep going back to this amazing hotel. Beyond the location and the quality, we love the welcome and the staff. A special thanks to thomas the guest manager. He always delivers an amazing service and makes our stay so perfect. We will clearly come back mainly because of him. And thank you for the surprise in the room.
I was greeted personally by their guest relations manager, Sarah and Clemence. Sarah offered me a glass of champagne while I was waiting to check in. Then she led me to my room, which has a terrace overlooking their garden. Not too many hotels have private terraces. Mine was big enough to have 4 persons dining and sun bathing. So if you would like your room to have one, please make sure you request it when you book. After freshening up, I went to their Concierge desk for info about various museums. Adrian was so helpful and efficient. He was able to give me tickets on the spot for Picasso Museum and MMA. He was so friendly. All in all, the location and the staff are what impress me most about this hotel. Thanks, Cyndie, Sarah and Adrian for making me feel welcomed to your hotel.
Perfect !!! We stayed one night only but it was amazing experience which we never experienced in luxury hotel before !! Room is nice & clean. All the staff from reservation, front desk & concierge are hospitable and helpful !!!! Big thanks for all your great assistance !! It’s definitely above the high quality services at all.
Honestly, we would never have stayed at this hotel by ourselves. It was an invitation my wife and I received and celebrated a wonderful weekend in the City of Love. The extremely high standard starts at the check-in because you do not stand at a counter and fill out long forms, you sit in a cozy corner, get a glass of champagne and the registration is filled out by an employee. Then you are led to your room and get explained all the amenities and functions. The bathroom is more of a wellness area, the bed is fantastically comfortable and resembles a cushion castle. The room was fantastic! The staff read every wish from the lips and you just feel relaxed and well looked after. Simply pure luxury ...
We stayed two nights at the Paris Mandarin. The staff is warm and welcoming. The hotel is pretty and modern although it lacks the charm of some of the other five star hotels in Paris. The room is nice but a bit small even though we were in a Mandarin room which is the largest non-suite room. The lighting in the room is a bit bizarre and hard to figure out. The bar and restaurant (where we had breakfast) is very nice. Make no mistake about it this is an expensive hotel but if you want a true five star experience you will not be disappointed. The location is great.
We came here for our 3rd year anniversary and were greeted with a smile, entered our room full of rose petals and a complimentary champagne bottle as well as a card with best wishes from the entire MO team. Our bacolny faced the bar /restaurant courtyard filled with green (trees, flowers and birds chirping). It felt very peaceful and mystical. Service is beyond par. We can’t get enough of the MO and keep coming back.
I returned to the MO Paris after many years away. I had visited shortly after they had first opened (before many other Asia-based luxury hotels opened in Paris such as Peninsula, Shangri-La, etc.). I have to say, although the facilities are unchanged, the service was so strikingly better. Maybe I have matured as a person and know how to appreciate it better. But I have to say the staff of the hotel, from the room attendants to the front desk, concierge, the restaurants and spa, are so kind and warm! They remember your name and are so accommodating. Already the location is unbeatable, but I have to say that the service is totally commensurate to any other MO you would visit in the world, including the renowned Tokyo MO and of course the original MO in Hong Kong. Highly recommend, worth every Euro if you want to have the best experience in Paris. Of course don't forget this is actually a new hotel, and you won't get the dust and age of older hotels which is a good thing when you want a clean, quiet refuge at the end of the day of exploring Paris. TIP: If you are a regular Paris visitor, skip the "Eiffel Tour" view or a room facing St. Honore, and get an inner room or one that is quiet. I have found staying at various hotels in the 1e Arr that it can be very hard to get a quiet night's sleep.
With many 5 star hotels in Paris being old and run down, the MO is excellent, modern und just what we like. Hidden with a small entry the whole setup and interior makes it a beautiful city hotel. Some Roederer Brut Premier at checkin started out the experience really well. The rooms are spacious. At the Meal at Sur Mesure was a definite highlight in a city thats densely populated with michelin star eateries.
Mandarin Oriental, Paris is one of the most beautiful hotels I've visited. The attention to detail in design, service, and overall guest experience is truly amazing. My partner and I are vegans and the staff were incredibly accommodating and kind in every meal that was prepared for us. We loved grabbing drinks at Bar 8 in the early evening and sitting in the beautiful garden. We also LOVED our experience at the Spa, and both received treatments in a Spa suite. We are already looking forward to planning our next visit!
Staff is amazing, is always a pleasure to stay in property Mandarin Oriental but Paris has is own spirits, good location but without the feeling to be in a capital.A special thanks for theConcierge team and Reception desk.
