The best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was incredibly attentive, fantastic location. Looking forward to go back. Aurelie, Constance and Emilio in Reception and Guest services were really helpful and very friendly throughout my stay. Truly a luxury stay. The Spa and swimming pool are fantastic!
We discovered the Mandarin Oriental in Paris just after the opening. Since the first moment we enjoying every stay. The entire facility and the restaurants are amazing. The most important; we must say is the outstanding commitment of the fabulous staff in this Mandarin Property. It will be always a pleasure to come back.
I stopped by for lunch with my mom in between shopping and had the most incredible time! The restaurant Camelia set in the courtyard of the hotel is beyond words gorgeous. It has a very relaxed atmosphere and surrounded by greens! Highly recommend when visiting Paris. My favourite meal was the beef with melted cheese, tomatoes and caviar (mouth watering!) Can't wait to come back!
I stayed at the Mandarin Oriental, Paris for 2 days on business. The friendly staff quickly provided everything I needed for my work when requested. The room was very clean, well designed with excellent in-room facilities. It is conveniently located near to the main attractions in Paris and is an ideal place to stay for holiday too. It is a great hotel to stay whether for business or pleasure. Du Le-Ngoc, Coventry, UK
Stunning hotel located centrally to shopping areas. My husband and I stayed in a Deluxe Room on the 3rd floor. The suite is incredibly luxurious, immaculate and quiet. The bed is huge (emperor) and very comfortable. Staff are very polite and helpful. If you want a bit of luxury, this is the hotel for you. Given the price, one expects everything to be perfect and it was.
It was overall a wonder experience, the ambience of hotel is very warm with extremely caring, welcoming, hospitable & ready to help staff. As a matter of fact the photographs displayed on site are not doing justice to otherwise a great hotel which has all the requisites to make a home away from home.
It's wonderful to arrive at the Mandarin Oriental in Paris and have a glass of champagne at the garden. The staff is always welcoming, the rooms spacious and the service impecable. Looking forward to my next visit.
As always, the smile of all the staff, and the perfection of service, is the best treasure of the mandarin oriental in Paris. Always ready to help you in anything you need. They even bought me a new chef jacket because an urgency. When you leave home so much, you never forget when everybody makes you fell at home. That is mandarin philosophy. Thanks so much.
Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights while in Paris recently. Wow! Beautiful hotel beside the Louvre and central to major shopping areas. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The concierge service was first rate. Restaurants, shopping and even missing cables were replaced speedily and with no fuss. Rooms were decent size and beautiful overlooking a courtyard of green. No outside traffic could be heard even with its central location. The breakfasts are to die for. The general manager Phillipe gets a special mention for taking time to speak and eat with us. His thoughtful touches really put the icing on the cake for us. Got to enjoy the presidential suite which is 2 floors of drop dead gorgeous. Terrace has an incredible view of the Effiel. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
This is my second visit back to this beautiful establishment just a few days ago and again I was "wow' by the warmth of the team from the front of the house till the back... Great leadership by Mr Philippe Leboeuf has been consistent and despite there were some new faces, I do not feel like stranger all.... Together with my guests, straight away they felt like home... Despite our missing luggage caused by AF, MO team has tried their utmost best to retrieve back for us... Special mentioned to Florian, Patrick, Sophie, Adrian, Sarah, Jacques, etc.... at the front office and Jerome and team from FB department.... Of course to those that I have missed out... Many thanks again and I will said it... I am surely a FAN! Keep up the good work!!
