It was a great experience we loved everything about it the rooms were big and clean the buffet was delicious it was close to all the attractions and the guest relations staff were always helpful to give us tips about the city

We spent one night in this very elegant hotel in Paris. The room had a lot of class, and the wall decoration at the swimming pool is very nice and out of the ordinary. The service was perfect, as it should be for a hotel of this category. What really impressed me was the detail of attention. For example, I left my paperback on the bedside table, with only a subway ticket as bookmark. When they prepared the room for the night, they left a very beautiful Mandarin Oriental bookmark on my book for me. They really care about the wellbeing of their guests.

We stayed at the Mandarin Oriental Paris in November, at the very beginning of the Holiday season. The duplex suite was amazing, with the best views of the Eiffel Tower. The staff was attentive, discrete & flexible, and the food fresh & yummy. Would definitely recommend!

It happen to be my third time in Mandarin Oriental but first time in Paris, I didn't love the city but the hotel made everything better. They great you with a glass of champagne and you sit comfortably while the paperwork is done. Lobby is beautiful and you see the even more amazing garden inside the hotel. My room had a garden view which I loved it was so quiet. The location was great, right in the center and the staff were more than attentive.

I've had the pleasure of staying at the Mandarin Oriental Paris in the past, usually when I go on my business trips and need a place to relax from my long day at work. They've always been extremely accommodating, which is a relief especially after a long haul flight, and when I have a meeting first thing in the morning. The service at the hotel is always impeccable - professional, warm, and pleasant. Their general manager, Philippe Leboeuf, deserves a special mention, and I often see him making sure that the guests' stay in the Mandarin Oriental, Paris is a pleasurable one. As for the hotel itself - it is modern, elegant, and relaxing, away from the hustle and bustle of Paris. The amenities are really everything a business traveller needs, and I have been a very happy guest at all the times I've stayed there.

Stayed the night on November 5, 2017. As always, service was outstanding! Greeted by front staff and quickly escorted to our room. My son and I️ were impressed with the efficiency of the staff and the beautiful room. Our visits are always short but memorable. The hotel is consistently excellent and the overall experience keeps us coming back. They set the bar quite high and our expectations are always exceeded. Thanks again.

Oh what a stay! This was my 5th stay at the hotel. I took a beautiful stunning duplex suite on Floor 7 with views from the bedroom overlooking the Eiffel Tower!!! On our first floor we had a full reception area, lounge and office. It was stunning. As it was my birthday the hotel sent a complimentary birthday cake. So, so kind. There is nowhere else to stay - especially for enjoying Place Vendôme and the shops of rue St Honore - not forgetting the Louvre and the Tuileries. The staff are beyond friendly and oh so professional, efficient and courteous. I am coming back. Thank you Mandarin Oriental, Paris! A bientot.

From the minute our car pulled up outside the Mandarin Oriental, we received an exceptional welcome and excellent service. Florian Buat (Guest Relations Manager) made us feel comfortable and welcome and guided us to our room where the hotel had provided some lovely amenities. Our room was large, comfortable, well located and fitted out to an exceptional standard. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful and provided excellent service. Small touches such as putting bookmarks in our books and contacting us regarding turndown when we had left the DND light on in error while at dinner were greatly appreciated. When in Paris...why would you stay anywhere else? Thanks again to the team at the Mandarin Oriental Paris for such a memorable stay.

we had an exceptional experience, as allways, luxury hotel with a personal touch, feels like home away, location is also perfect in the heart of the luxurious shopping street, we are repeating customers

This is a great hotel that I would highly recommend to friends and family. Breakfast is excellent, service quick and efficient, the beds are extremely comfortable and the location is perfect for central Paris. I wouldn't think twice about staying again next time I am in Paris.
