By for the most amazing hotel and staff I've ever seen. From the moment we arrived, until we left, we were treated like royalty. Breakfast at the restaurant is absolutely delicious, and the 8 Bar is a grab place to grab a bite and/or drinks. Will be back!
On our arrival we were greeted and welcomed by the front office staff and they made us feel very comfortable and welcome. The room was great. The spa was a delightful experience. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The location is in the heart of paris. A great place
An amazing place to stay! Wonderful decoration and great service. The spa is just a pleasure. Nice, fresh and clean. A high quality treatments, Worty to try them all. However, the staff may consider a bit more courtesy, it won’t hurt. Get yourself a treat from the divine kitchen of *Chef Marx* Thank you.
The Mandarin Oriental, Paris, was my palace home for one weekend in January 2018. As a twenty-something-year-old, I was impressed by the modern, easy-going atmosphere that the hotel embodies. Upon my arrival, I was warmly received by the staff at the front desk as well as head of guest relations, making me feel immediately welcome. The suite reflected the ambience of the hotel: modern, spacious, and fun. A bathtub to die for, a beyond-cozy bed, delicious breakfast served either in-room or in the lovely Camélia, and the suite's living area perfect for hanging out made leaving the hotel on Sunday a difficult task. From previous experiences at this hotel, I can also add that the spa, as well as the outside terrace for having drinks or a tea (impressive selection of teas), are exceptional. Being my second stay at MO Paris, I can confidently assure any potential guest that the hotel in and of itself, its impeccable service, and its ideal rue Saint-Honoré location in the heart of Paris will transform your stay. I would recommend it to anyone that values quality and especially to those looking for a modern Parisian experience in a city known for being "classic".
We stayed as a family in the fall, celebrating two birthdays and an anniversary (and were gifted beautiful, delicious, and thoughtful celebratory treats!). From reception and check-in through departure, the staff was perfectly attentive. Restaurant Camille is a gem, and the grounds are peaceful and tucked away in the heart of a bustling part of the city. Another exquisite MO property. We look forward to returning!
An incredible weekend at the Mandarin Oriental! Some of the best service I've ever experienced by far, attention to detail at every corner and great food. We arrived to a warm welcome, complimentary welcome drink and even got offered our favourite newspaper to be delivered in the morning - the New York Times! Thanks to Charlotte, Emilio and all the front office team. Got up to the room to discover a cloth embroidered with the name of our dog and a personalised letter for both him and us! Thank you to Cindy and the guest relations team for this. The room was wonderful - spacious, calm. Loved the design and the feel. We took full advantage of the facilities and restaurants at the hotel. If you get a chance to experience the sur mesure restaurant by Thierry Marx, I couldn't recommend it enough. But far one of the best meals of my life and can understand where the 2 Michelin stars come from! All the staff had an extensive knowledge and was thoroughly impressive. The camelia restaurant was fantastic as well and their staff were so friendly to both us and our dog! We had breakfast, dinner and the brunch there and all were were so tasty. If you have the brunch, I highly recommend the green curry if you can handle the spice! Thanks especially to Florian and all his team. The concierge team was knowledgeable about any question we had and helped give us recommendations as well as ideas about where to go with our dog. Room service great and quick, everyone who served us did it in the most professional fashion and all took attention to our dog even proposing their dog room service in case we wanted to spoil our dog more than he already had been!! :) Thanks Amine, Elodie, Stephan here. I did use the gym which was pretty much the biggest gym I've ever seen in Paris, highly surprised - more than enough apparatus to choose from. The pool and sauna looked great as well although I didn't get a chance to enjoy that. Overall we had an amazing romantic weekend with our dog and couldn't recommend it enough as the best palace we've been to in Paris. We will be back! (our dog can't wait either !)
This is the only hotel you should consider for a luxury stay in Fez. The staff is very welcoming, the rooms have a very charming Parisian elegance and the restaurants are beautiful. We had a wonderful tea at the bar. We can only recommend this destination hotel.
I'm generally a fan of MO properties around the world and had the opportunity to try the MO Paris recently. I had a wonderful stay and was especially impressed by the service levels. The hotel is modern, beautifully designed, very centrally located and delivered on every account. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and can wholeheartedly recommend it.
I've had the privilege of visiting Paris a few times over the last several months for business. And naturally when in Paris on business, I always try to extend for an extra day or two to enjoy this incredible city! There is so much energy and enthusiasm in the Capital right now. A a real sense of innovation and excitement about the future. One of my visits coincided with Couture Week which added extra glamour to an already glamourous city! During both of my visits, I had the pleasure to stay at the Mandarin Oriental. Two of my favourite things about this hotel are the staff and the location. The staff are of course five-star hotel professionals, but more than that, they are warm, friendly and their youthfullness exudes the same energy as I felt across the entire city. They remembered me every time I walked back through the front door after numerous little trips out to explore rue St Honore and Place Vendome. Which is my secod most favourite thing about the hotel - it's incredible location! For people that regularly visit Paris and want to really immerse in the heart and soul of the city, the Mandarin Oriental is the perfect homebase! There are hundreds of gorgeous fashion boutiques steps away from the hotel and of course being in the First Arrondissement, everything in the city is easily accessible. I also absolutely loved the stunning indoor pool - the perfect respite from the rainy winter Parisian weather. This hotel is perfect for business or pleasure! Centrally located and with a spa, fitness, pool and beautiful indoor garden, perfect for relaxing on a weekend after meetings. I'll definitely go back!
