We stayed here to celebrate my birthday and my husbands 40th. Initially we were given a junior suite in the part of the building that had not been refurbished. This was nice enough but had stains on the carpet etc. We requested a move to the modern side of the building and it was like a completely different hotel. Much more to our taste, more spacious and truly indulgent. The staff were friendly enough. We didn't eat here so cannot comment on the food. The swimming pool was nice and always empty when we used it. Would love to go back, but only to stay in the same room!
Love this Hotel and their suites are perfect for family. So well amenitized and beautiful. Very Parisian. The beds were most comfortable and the living space quite large. Worked well for our family. The Concierge team was wonderful especially both Sébastiens. They made us feel like family and so welcome in the Hotel. They took very good care of us and were so attentive to all our needs. We will definitely be staying at the Majestic again.
This was our third time staying in this hotel and it was for the longest period (4 nights). It was perfect to say the least. I originally booked another hotel but upon arrival it seemed to be a bad decision. This trip we were on a budget because we were traveling Europe for three months. I decided to book the Majestic last minute and it worked out great. The receptionist and concierge both remembered us from the other times we stayed here over 6 months ago. I will list a few things below that set this hotel apart from others I have stayed in during my times in Europe/France. - wifi is fast and free - spa is modern and has two big steam rooms - the gym has brand new technogym machines - the pool is clean and has lap system for swimming - mini bar is stocked free daily (non alcoholic) - fresh fruit in room upon arrival This trip we had to stay in the basic queen room and it was big enough for two people to fit comfortably. The last thing I will talk about is the location. Maximum of a five minute walk to champs elysees. The Arc de triumphe is a 2 minute walk. I highly recommend staying in this hotel for couples or families with children.
Staying here at the moment for four nights with the family. Lovely hotel and quite fancy. Great service! Great location! We're staying at 2 bedroom suite that fits 5 people. Our nightly rate comes with breakfast. Good but could be better. Not much selections, but enough to fill one's empty tummy. Rooms are beautiful and quite fancy. Comfortable bed and pillows, but the shower floods if you let the water running throughout your shower time so be aware. The hotel is so close to the Arc Triomphe and a 15min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Restaurants are nearby so if you stay here, great choice!
Stayed here from the 12th May for a couple of nights. Was pleasantly surprised to find it not too busy. Used the pool and steam room. Hotel room was nice but expected it to be slightly larger, with a bath and not just a shower. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great location with it being 2 minutes walk to Kleber metro or 5 minutes to Arc D'T. Would stay again for sure. Thanks
I stayed here for 1 night on business. Check in was super efficient and no waiting around. My room was luxurious with a huge amount of space and the furnishings were sumptuous. The location of the hotel is fantastic very close to the metro station and close to the arc de triomphe. The hotel has a spa which looks lovely - unfortunately I didn't get a chance to try it!! Breakfast buffet had a very wide range on offer and was perfect. Overall I was very happy with my stay. A shame I couldnt stay longer. The only issue is it was very expensive but given the quality of th hotel perhaps that was to be expected.
My wife and I stayed for 5 nights. Amazing location near Champs - shopping and romantic nights out. Expensive food in the neighborhood. Near transit! Amazing staff helped mail return an item we left. Incredible couples massage at the spa. We would love to return in the future.
We visited Paris in October 2015 for my birthday for a long weekend. The hotel is located a walking distance from the famous Shanzelize and a train station. The hotel is on a quite road but close to many other hotels, the rooms are a good size, with a small kitchen facility which is nice to have. Overall the hotel is small so do not expect it to be very spacious. The hotel has a nice swimming pool with spa facilities which was nice to use whilst on a short break. On my birthday we both received complimentary mocktails which was nice.
I have to laugh at the review that says this hotel feels larger than 50 rooms. It felt like 50 rooms or less. It was a bungalow; unless I totally missed something??? I paid somewhere in the neck of 400 eu per night for 3 nights. I was expecting at least what I saw in the photos for this price. You can view my room photo & tell me if you think it looks anything like the glamorous, spacious photos their website provides. For those rooms, the price has to be double or more. Anyway, the staff were nice - location great. I loved the pool, and the room was cute. Would I stay there again?? Not for 400 eu per nt. Perhaps 150 eu per nt, but nothing more.
This boutique hotel is located a block off the main boulevard Avenue Kleber on a street called Rue la Perouse, just a three-block walk from Hotel Raphael. It's an easy walk to the Arc de Triomphe and the metro station for line 6, so getting around the city is a snap. While Hotel Raphael embodies a classic French ambiance, the Majestic welcomes its guests with a fun, modern aesthetic. Its bright white walls and punches of color feel elegant and warm. The lobby bar is ultra-chic, and I wish I could have spent several evenings there, sipping a cognac and chatting with some continental characters. The rooms are large, airy, and some even have a kitchenette (Euros don't use these much, so don't get excited - they are tiny!). Note that there can be a situation with noise in the mornings when the trash trucks do pickup. Ask to be assigned a room away from the street to avoid this. The concierge team were some of the finest service professionals I have encountered, and since I've worked in the industry for almost 20 years, I have met a few! You can rest assured that they can handle any request or question you throw at them, and with a rare Parisian smile. :) Vive la Majestic!
