Had a brief stay on the way to Bordeaux from St Tropez. Valet service was extremely professional as was the Concierge service who recommended us some great places for dinner and others. Blandine at the reception deserves a lot of praise and kudos to the sommelier who recommended us a great wine by Sylvain Boute "Domaine Clos des Boute, which we enjoyed in the beautiful inner garden Room is beautiful with plenty of attention to details. We have already recommended to some friends. Outstanding. We will comeback once the Fine dining restaurant opens. ***** HerÎ A.

The hotel was very nice. The staff was so kind, allways smiling and ready to help you. Most attractions within walking distance.Great for shopping.Les Halles and Louvre a few minutes away.Nice spa and pool at the hotel. The hotel made our Paris visit perfect

Ideal location and the staff were fantastic Big call out to Harish at Concierge who was in the know for some fabulous local dining experiences, great ticket offers and just a wealth of information Front of house staff very friendly and couldn’t do enough - thank you Facilities inc the pool were perfect and after several trips to Paris, this was best location by far

We just checked into the hotel today for 4 nights. The experience so far has been horrendous. The previous negative reviews are not surprising. Do not book here! This evening while breastfeeding my daughter before bed the entire side table next to the bed fell over on top of my legs. This is extremely heavy and composed of metal and marble that scratched me extensively and caused me to bleed. I immediately went to the front desk about this. Maintenance arrived to our room and was extremely, extremely rude. He concluded the table had been unattached for a while due to dust buildup. He stated that usually the tables have 4 legs but ours did not. This was so scary and dangerous - thank God I got hurt and not my baby! They replaced the table with an existing side table in the room - metal still sticking out of the wall. Some other things to note - 1) We were denied entrance to the spa pool until we could locate a baby bathrobe for our daughter (our room did not have one) which seemed to be a disconnect between the spa and the front desk. So here I was going back and forth on the elevator (which there is only 1 so you have to wait each time) trying to figure this bathrobe situation out! Not exactly 5 star service to say the least! 2) I’ve requested a pillow for my daughters baby cot twice but it has never come. Time to give up. 3) The “fancy “ Japanese toilet is broken. Not surprising given everything else. 4) The check-in process was a nightmare. This is a 2 star hotel at best - not a 5 star as advertised.

This hotel looks exactly like the pictures. The room was the size of a NYC hotel room which was perfect for me although had I been with someone I may have requested a bigger room. I liked my room it was very comfortable, I do wish the TV had some American channels. They use an IPad to Control the room which was easy enough but surprisingly didn’t have a wireless speaker to play music. Also my phone and watch never charged using their USB outlets so make sure you have a conversion outlet to charge your electronic devices. The bathroom was very nice, I loved soaking in the tub and the heated toilet seat. The daytime front desk staff was excellent!!! especially Victor. They were able to answer every question I had, provided me with choices of restaurants and gave me recommendations for things to do in different areas. This being my first time traveling alone they made the experience very easy. However the night staff was light night and day. I got wrong directions and had a lot of trouble trying to get information on something as simple as buying soap. They were nice, I just felt they could use more training. So if you need anything make sure you ask before the shift changes. It took me less than 10 minutes to walk to the Louvre which was great but I was 20 minutes away from everywhere else I wanted to go so a lot of cab rides which can get expensive. I liked the hotel and it was the perfect area for outdoor cafes, but if I visit Paris again I’d like to try another area.

The hotel itself is great! Good value for the caliber of service and amenities and the modern clean lines of the place. The pool is fabulous and just the ticket after a long day of site seeing. Only downside is the windows are thin and the noise on the Main Street is very loud all night. Just be aware of that and you will have a great stay!

Clean rooms, spacious for Paris, great pool, and small gym. The staff were VERY friendly and helpful. Margo and the whole crew were wonderful. We do wish you could close/lock the bathroom door though. We will definitely stay here again.

A great stay at a great hotel. Good location, great and friendly staff. A very enjoyable breakfast. Many nearby restaurants and an easy walk to the Louve and other locations. I plan to stay here again in the future.

People who works in the Hotel is simply PERFECT in terms of CUSTOMER ORIENTATION. nothing is more important in a service company. And the Hotel, facilities, location is great. I have been in touch with concierge, manager, desk, restaurants, etc. Everyone. Congratulations.

First off they messed up our reservation. Then the floor was disgusting. Pizza crumbs and stains all over the floor. The AC barely worked. We had to request a fan at 4am one night. When we complained about these things we were told they would be fixed and they never were. Oh and let’s not forget the urine that was under the toilet...dried. Disgusting.’l
