If you are looking for an economical place to stay in Paris that is close to the Metro and easy to get to all the sights, this can be a good spot. I tried several times to communicate with the host and he/she did not respond at all. Only heard from the management company who didn’t address our concerns (door handle almost falling off on bathroom door, faucet loose, toilet seat loose, fan not working during a heat wave). Pretty small space for 5 people but we managed and spent almost whole time out of apartment except to sleep and take showers. The “cooktop” was a joke and we couldn’t even figure it out. Overall, it was livable but definitely economy accommodations at best.
