Overall good experience. Friendly staff; clean rooms

Every thing was great from the staff to the room. The only thing I felt uncomfortable to was the smell of unrine at the toilet area.

Smaller hotel with a great Paris vibe. Fantastic location, 15 minute walk to Eiffel Tower and many museums/sites within a 30 minute walk. Very friendly and professional staff. Room was small, but we'll equipped and clean. When we had a medical emergency, the night desk took actions to assist us getting to the hospital. This will be our go to hotel when we visit Paris.

I hate the showers in these hotels but it's the same all over Paris. Overall the stay was good and location was great.

We loved it and we were pleasantly surprised. All the reviews I read stated how tiny the rooms are. We booked a junior executive suite and it was the perfect size. It was very clean. The staff is extremely friendly. We arrived @ 8 AM, so our room was not ready, but they stored our luggage and were able to get us in by noon. I did not give all fives because there were a few little issues with the room key and room service, but nothing terrible.

Hotel le Tourville was a quaint little place to stay in a great location near the Eiffel Tower, and metro station. The staff was very friendly. The room was nice but not perfect. For the price though, it was a very good place to stay!

After spending time in the countryside of Southwestern France, I came back to Paris for one night in July in order to fly out of Charles De Gaulle airport the next afternoon. Turned out this hotel was 35-40 minutes away from CDG airport by taxi, but other than that, the location is great. Just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower, a metro station, cafes, and shopping - about a 10-15 minute walk to the Hotel d'Invalides museum. It's very convenient, and the street is much quieter than another Paris hotel that I stayed at (in a different neighborhood closer to the Louvre). Also, the rooms are freshly painted and outfitted with modern comforts. Modern comfort is definitely helpful in an expensive city where staying in a prime location usually means either paying a lot or sacrificing comfort and amenities. Thanks to other reviewers, I had come forewarned that the rooms / hallways / bathrooms were very small, so this did not bother me. The bedroom and bathroom are only *slightly* larger than those found on cruise ships. There is air conditioning in the room, a plus in a country where people don't seem to think AC is necessary. Certainly it was a welcome comfort after the heat I experienced at an unairconditioned rural French cottage. The staff were really helpful, spoke English fluently, and were eager to make sure I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast buffet is downstairs in the basement, which was smartly painted and decorated to make up for the fact it's in the basement. The food was excellent, except the eggs were overheated. When I complained, the gal handling the buffet happily made a whole fresh batch just for me. There is a ground floor lounge that has complimentary refreshments for guests through the day and night. Fresh squeezed grapefruit, orange, and apple juice, tea and coffee were always available. Throughout the day and night, the offerings seemed to rotate between types of fresh-baked mini muffins, cookies, chocolates, and other high quality snacks for travelers. I didn't take advantage of the lounge, but noticed there always seemed to be at least one or two guests sitting at the desk with iPad plugged in, or at the coffee table relaxing and reading.

Enjoyed the facility and the staff was so awesome and helpful.

Hotel was located on a side street near the Eiffel Tower in Paris. The hotel was well renovated into a 5-star hotel. Room was very clean, The reception personnel were very helpful in advise on what to do in the city and eating establishments. Bertrand and Naurizio were extremely help with all our questions. We did not include a breakfast in our reservations, but there was a nice varity of items available for eating all day long,

Very nice hotel, room. Location is great... very close to many things and so much thing to see around it...

We stayed for 6 nights. Room was small, as expected. While it looks pretty, and modern as you see in the pics, however room was not very functional. Only place to hang anything was closet (with only 5 hangers) that had an honor/bar refrigerator in it (which emitted heat), and made it impossible to hang things properly because of the height. There is nowhere to hang your coats, towels (one knob in the bathroom for all towels, bathrobes etc.) We had to re-arrange the furniture to find any spot for our suitcases. Husband's was on the night stand next to his head/bed. I am not criticizing the room size itself, just the thoughtfulness of actually how people use it. Recommendation to management: While the big decorative decal on the wall is cute, it would be of great benefit to your guests to install hooks/storage in this space instead. This was very frustrating. Additionally, the room was VERY humid (the pages of my husband's passport were curled, and my glasses were steamed up---that humid.) Everything was just damp, and there was no relief from the humidity of the room with any air system. We had to open the windows to the very cold weather and the smoke coming in from outside. Mauritzio at the front desk was very welcoming, friendly and hospitable.

I have almost nothing but praise for the Tourville! Excellent location, fantastically helpful staff, and super clean rooms. The only minor criticism is that the bed was a little hard. But I'll definitely book here again for my next stay in Paris!

The hotel was a 5 minute walk from the metro station and perfect for the race we did that started at the Eiffel Tower. Staff was helpful and friendly. Our double room was small, but we had a large balcony with a table.

I pretty much loved everything about this hotel. I have no complaints whatsoever . The staff was amazing and accommodating . They spoke english and guided me on how to get to certain destinations in Paris. The hotel is located literally a couple blocks away from the Eiffel Tower. Everything was just magnificent .

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights during our stay in Paris. The hotel is in a great location for seeing the major tourist sights but offers a quieter location. Our only issue was the spotty Internet but it was free which was a bonus compared to other hotels in the area.

Travel here from visit in London. A little nervous due to stories from friends saying that people from Paris were not friendly. I booked this hotel after reading many reviews. All of the reviews were true. The staff was very friendly and helpful when looking for important places to visit. Breakfast was tailored to us since we got up late. The only person who we had a little trouble communicating with was the breakfast staff but she worked very hard to meet our needs. We recommended this hotel to my husband's boss and would recommend it again!

The staff speaks English. The hotel was modern, very clean and looked very nice. The room was small, but comfortable. I felt very safe and there was free wifi.

I had a standard room and it was quite small, but perfect for me traveling alone. It was very nice and very well maintained. I arrived several hours prior to check in but was treated well while I waited after traveling all night. The hostess did get me into my room prior to the official check in time which was very much appreciated.

I had chosen Tourville Hotel based on the 4 star rating and price. We upgraded to the king suite which I highly recommend. I can't imagine what a standard room would be like. The room itself barely fit a king bed and two side tables. While it was extremely small, the room was furnished nicely with a very comfortable bed and crisp white linens. The bathroom was updated and while small, had enough counter space to hold all my makeup and products. The hotel felt very clean and modern and the staff was very helpful. Definitely recommend for couples or business guests.

Hotel was great for location. Easy walking distance to Eiffel Tower. Located on quiet street.. Several restaurants within a few blocks. Found staff to be very friendly and accomodating. Hotel room was small but very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was modern and updated. Value very good for price. Would definately stay here again and recommend to friends and family.
