Stay away from the hotel if you can, worst service ever from a hotel. 2hours to get the room after waiting at 5pm in evening !!!!!! First the guy at checkin is a trainee 30minutes for him to just do the paperwork despite the room was already paid , I was given a room went to room ... room dirty and not ready. Went down after 15minutes another room went to room again dirty. Then went to complain the guy is struggling to find the room , on contrary after 15minutes asks me to wait another 30minutes for the room. Paid 220€ per night for the room not some cheap hotel you are going . Being tired full day travel and at such a price do not expect such service . Seriously cheap and pathetic service , no attention to service .

First of all when you land in CDG there is nowhere on the kiosk to find this hotel. After asking 4 people and a information kiosks nobody knew. There is no signage . An hour later when we arrived, the had our reservations with a different name and all of our personal info attached. Another hour later they decided to give us a room , this is at 10pm, and they said the mini bar would be stocked. Called front desk , nobody came , this is now 11 pm. Nothing. I called in the morning thinking that they would give us a complimentary breakfast. They refused. Talked to manager who was rude. Very disappointing.

Amazing hotel! Staff were so lovely and spoke perfect english and we very helpful booking us a taxi for the night. Even though its close to the airport you couldnt hear any planes which was fantastic! The shower was slightly odd as it was frosted glass that was a little see through but it wasnt too much of a problem

Stylish and clean, new hotel just an easy walk from the airport. From any terminal, you just look for signs leading to the CDGVAL, which is a small shuttle train that takes you between the terminals. Get off at the stop marked Parking before Terminal one. Then the walk to hotel is clearly sign posted. Pros: Very clean hotel. Nice and accommodating staff. Room has a free mini bar with cookies, coffee, tea, coke and water. Nice sheets, hot shower with good pressure, mostly quiet. Cons: Pillows entirely too thick, would have been nice to have a choice...we ended up sleeping without one...we did ask but reception said they only had one size. Also mattress is quite firm. Shower is open in the room with no privacy, which is okay for couples but maybe not friends travelling together. I found it strange that upon arrival, even though I had pre-paid in full, the hotel takes 100 euros from your card, which is then returned upon departure minus the city tax (and breakfast if you choose to have it). Don’t see the point when they didn’t bother to check the room for breakage, etc. The 2 stars comes from a very poor night’s sleep, which is a priority when on a layover between flights.

Please do yourself a favor and find another hotel. Definitely not representing what Melia brand is. I’ve been to couple of other Melia hotels around the world. This one was worse of any other hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They have incompetent staff/housekeeping /front desk/manager/room service. After I checked in I went to take shower, the water was cold, like room temperature. I came out of the shower and called the front reception to ask why we do not have hot water, I have to take shower as I have an early flight to LA in the morning. Reception lady responded “she does not know why, there are no technicians on site and I have to wait until tomorrow morning”. I mentioned again, taking shower is something hygienic and I’m leaving in the morning. She said she will call me back, which she never did. 30 minutes later my dad goes to the reception and asks them about hot water, which at that point they said they will change the room. A girl from a reception comes in 15 minutes later with new keys to another room and she says “this is THE HOT water in this hotel”. My response: “This cannot be hot water, this is room temperature water which is cold too take shower”. She responded again "This is the hot water we (hotel) have” and she leaves. As I have an early flight in the morning and in need of taking a shower, I took a shower in cold water and shivered for few hours under the blanket. I woke up in the morning and tested the water, they DO have hot water, she just had to lie to me! Incompetent manager/front reception: At the point in the morning when I am checking out I asked to talk to the manager. The manager is not in. I asked for international company’s number, response was “go to the hotel's website”! and no to mention no apologies at this point. Problem with housekeeping: I booked a loft for 3 adults at around 4 pm and checked in at 11:30pm. When I got to the room the third bed (sofa bed) was not ready. I called the housekeeping for more toiletries as the room only had for 1 person (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towel, bathrobe). After 40 minute I called back to see if they ever want to show up. The guy comes in 10 minutes with water kettle and a baby bed (did I ever asked for these?) whom does not speak English. I told him, we are 3 adults and we need the sofa bed to be made, there is no baby here. And not to mention he did not bring any towels or toiletries either. And the problem with room service: I called their 24 hour room service to order food and no one picks up. I left a menage after 3 unsuccessful calls an left a message that I would like to order the pasta. I called back after 45 minutes only to find out they do not have pasta. no courtesy to call the room and let me know. At that point the guy from room service who Arely speaks English mentions only 2 option are available "curry chicken and butter-squash soup" whichI dislike both options. Do I ever want to come back here? or recommend it to any of my friends while visiting France? NOPE!!!

They did not let us check in early, and then we couldn’t check in at the appointed time as our room was not ready. The restaurant wasn’t open for lunch and didn’t open until dinner So we never ate there.

The Innside is perfectly located. To be reached by the autonomous peoplemover CDGVAL within 1 Stop from T1 and a 5 Minutes walk. The hotel is brandnew. Mordern style furniture in the lobby. They are offering table tennis, a vintage barber chair and some other funny gadgets in the open space lobby. Staff is young, friendly and still a little bit unorganised but I believe this due to the fact that the hotel is newly opened. The room is very nice: excellent beds and excellent noise insulation. Very modern open bath with a separate toilet. Minibar for free. Its a good place for a relaxing rest. Restaurant offers a rather little choice but quality good . Nice bar and nice cocktails.

I enjoyed my stay and found the staff to be friendly. The room was lovely with a great shower. Both the breakfast and bar was delicious. During checkout they helped me to order a taxi and made me feel comfortable.

Our loft suite was very clean and comfortable. What you would expect from a new hotel. We enjoyed the airport views. Lobby, restaurant and bar staff are very good. Our research narrowed this one down from many hotels in the area and we were not disappointed. Did not show up on our GPS as this is very new.

It was really good! Free drinks and jelly, everything was perfect to me! And the room have a great view I can see the airport and also it doesn’t have any noise. Oh! especially restaurant where is based on the ground was really nice
