I stayed at the Hyatt Paris Madeleine for two nights this past July. It was lovely. The staff at the front desk were so helpful. In particular, Sherazade went over and beyond to assist us. Because of her extra effort, we were able to take the tour at Versaille, even though we were told the tour was sold out. I appreciated the courtesy, care and assistance offered by all. Though the rooms were small (which may be par for the course, I'm not sure), they were lovely. My friend and I had adjoining rooms which was nice. It wasn't as close to the train station as I would have liked, but cabs were ready available and this hotel was not far from the Champs Elysees, the Seine, the Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower or anything else we wanted to see. Shops and places to eat were within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.
Hotel Madeleine was lovely. We were upgraded to a suite with views of the Eiffel Tower. Our room had been renovated. It was spacious and had a very nice bathroom. Service was personable and attentive. I would stay again.
We booked this for three nights as part of a British Airways package. It exceeded our expectations in every way. I do not understand the negative comments from other reviewers. We have stayed in many hotels throughout the US and Europe and the service and facilities were top notch. Melanie, Lara, and Marco went out of their way several times to help us and even anticipate our needs. The room was immaculate and there was even a nightly check to ensure we had enough towels, etc. The large windows that open made for a spectacular view of a rainstorm while we were there. We hope to return on a future trip to Paris.
6th Floor rooms are with best views and the M Cafe had terrific service but possibly the worlds must uncomfortable seating. Small 1st world problem. Hotel staff exceptional and facilities at top of class for a family trip to Paris. Perfect location for us as it is possible to walk just about everywhere you would want. Rooms a little more oriented to family and pleasure visits as some rooms have very little business support with minimal or none existent desks to work at.
I stayed again at one of my favorites in Paris. It has had a face-lift since I stayed here last with upgraded rooms. It's a small boutique hotel with a great feel. The upgraded rooms was even nicer but I don't believe the bathrooms was redone but they are still very nice and good size. Breakfast is good and the food at the restaurant very good. Highly recommended!!
I help our clients made 4 rooms from 3-6Jun 2017.Due to our clients' bill is not right ,it's deadline to pay tomorrow. So I just called to Hyatt Paris Madeleine reservations department ask for "invoices" just 10-15mins ago.... I have recorded all calls. The first 2 calls dropped, 3rd one told me to call later, 4th .5th .6th call they could not hear me well, so I wrote a e-mail as they told me. Finally, I called back to make sure if they received it ,they told me it might take time to receive it and I can understand it. But.....when I ask the name of the lady from reservation team , she kept saying we will reply to you from email and not attend to tell me her name at all.... I have helped our clients make fine hotels for years, this is the first I feel their reservation team is terrible. Leave a name for reference is a basic record for a service. If she is not feel like to leave her name for a reference ,defiantly this service is failure.
Our bags got misplaced by British airways - we missed our connections and ended up in Paris - got nice superior rooms on short notice- but expensive. The rooms were spacious and housekeeping was really good . The front office staff especially Sergio were extremely helpful. The winner for this hotel is definitely the location- most of the sights are walking distance ... We definitely enjoyed our stay and would love to do it again under less stressful circumstances...
Yes, room rate was expensive but hotel was good including services and location!!! we stayed for 2 nights and had a good time, all shopping area and restaurants around just by walking distance, the longest is only 15 mins. Staff service were great and got recommendations for nice restaurant and very clear directions to be there. Room was big but size of the beds in twin bed room were bit small.
Paris was a last minute decision for us. Literally on that very day we had decided to stay in this hotel and it was one of the best choices we had ever made. The hotel is around the corner from literally everything needed such as restaurants and grocery stores. It is a 20-25min walk from famous places such as The Louvre! The rooms are large and spacious and are very clean. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and would always attend to us if we had any issues. I would also like to specially mention the gentlemen at the front desk, Sergio, who had helped us retrieve one of our lost suitcases from the airport. It would've been impossible without him as he had contacted everyone to get it back to us! Thank you so much Sergio! You would be lucky to have him when you are staying there !
I enjoyed my time at the Hyatt Madeleine immensely. The hotel has a swanky boutique feel, combined with a very personal touch due to the wonderful staff. I was impressed with how quiet our room was, despite being in a very central arrondissement.
