The room.was so cold. The heating system.is old as hot water coils. Standing shower did not prperley covered as the bathroom floor bacme wet after each shower. Very noisy, as we could not sleep until late night as the hotel did not have proper isolation walls.

The staff was very nice, but the walls are paper thin. I could beds squeeking upstairs, and walls banging next door. It is very loud at night due to there is bar directly next door. However location to the Metro is convenient

I had a wonderful stay. The staff were accommodating and always available. The one gentleman (I believe his name was Victor), who worked the overnight shift was extremely helpful in answering my questions and providing directions to get around the city. His customer service was exceptional. The room was clean and the hotel is located walking distance from most attractions. I would recommend this stay for others.

Triple room on the ground floor was very loud - we could hear every noise from the stairs and room above. Only 1 of 4 or 5 folks at the front desk expressed any interest in helping us out the directions or recommendations. However, if you are traveling via the Montparnasse train station, it is very convenient and great Metro connections also.
