This is probably the 10th week long stay at this hotel. A perfect boutique hotel, great and friendly staff, in the heart of Paris on a quiet street. Rooms are small by North American standards, but this is Paris after all Parfait!!!!
Walking distance to many of the must see paris attractions. Front desk was always helpful and friendly, elevator is tiny and rooms are also very small (I here this is normal for europe). Will stay here again when back in Paris.
Since the hotel lost its Best Western Membership, it reduced all services to a minimum. Our room was "done" in literally 10 minutes! In the bathroom only towels were changed, no cleaning at all, the carpet in the room probably never had any contact with a vacuum cleaner. The breakfast "buffet" is open until 10.30 but if you want to have breakfast, get up early as by 9.30 you might to be too late, unless you like to have a piece of a very small part of a cheese which for 3 consecutive days no guest dared to touch. The location is good and the staff helpful.
Rooms seem recently renovated. Bathroom is tiny as in most european hotels. Location is great: a few blocks from the Opera, a few more blocks from the Louvre and close to many stores, restaurants and cafes. Staff is nice and rooms are surprisingly quiet, since they have a 2 door system that keeps noise away.
Although the room was small (which was expected), the hotel made up for it with friendly staff (especially Patrick, who was really helpful) and amazing location. Just a short walk to the Louvre or Opera Garnier meant we had lots of food options at our doorstep. The room was very clean and well maintained, bed was comfortable and bathroom was modern.
Really enjoyed staying here. Excellent location, very easy to walk to to the Louvre to a cafe for dinner/coffee. Small, cute, European rooms. Very friendly staff. The night staff was especially friendly and accommodating. The front doors are locked at night. Would recommend! Very, very small elevator!
As always, good experience in a little hotel in the big Paris Center: good location, good people, good service. Nothing to compare with the confusion in other hotel in Paris. I can recommend the room 520: it is like a chamber de bonne with two windows, one of which on the roof
BW Paris Louvre Opera is located is a strategic location convenient to the subway, eateries, shops and malls. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and furnished. It would have been a perfect 10 if the size of the rooms are bigger.
Enjoyed out stay in Paris. Hotel is centrally located to many sites. However, dealing with the staff was a real problem. This was a pre-paid reservation through Hotels.com which the hotel acknowledged upon check-in. At check-ut they presented us with a bill and the night desk manager could not understand the concept of pre-paid IN FULL. The hotel went ahead and charged out credit card (without a signed authorization) and refused to respond to our emails (even though we had their original email confirming the pre-paid reservation) Took months to unravel and finally Hotels.com refunded the amount. They also charged add-on items to our bill and couldn't provie any etails o the charges. Buyer beware.
This is a smaller hotel, staff spoke English, were very nice, and helpful. The rooms were very clean, we had hot water, and clean linens. We arrived from Houston, Texas at around 9:30 a.m. on December 24. We requested an early check in, and they were able to accommodate our request. Wonderful location. We had two rooms and stayed with our 22 and 16 year old sons.
