My family had a phenomenal experience staying at the Hotel Keppler. It's chic decor, gorgeous location and proximity to the many famous landmarks was amazing. The staff there were extremely accommodating to our 3 year old. We traveled with another couple who was extremely impressed as well. The appeal of it is that whether you are staying there as a couple, solo or with children, the coziness and service was second to none. It was extremely tranquil and yet you were just a couple of streets from the Avenue des Champs-Élysées. We stayed in the suite that had an amazing balcony that had a view of The Eiffel Tower as well as all of the old rooftops surrounding it. It made you feel as though you had stepped into a Victor Hugo novel as you sat and enjoyed your morning coffee. When we make it back to Paris, this is definitely the place we will be staying at. We really found the fact that it was a boutique hotel rather than a chain one that you can stay at anywhere which made you feel that this was what Paris is all about. My family and I would like to personally thank all of the staff again for your impeccable and professional service.
I recently spent 3 days at the Hotel Keppler with my husband and we loved it! We booked an Executive Room which I thought had plenty of space for 2 people, it was beautifully decorated. The classic sized rooms are small (as advertised). We had a room on the 1st floor (what we would call the second floor in the US), it was quiet and comfortable. We mostly just used the stairs (tip the lights for the stairs are on a timer). The room did not have a view but the Keppler is in such a great location that it did not matter. We ate breakfast at the Keppler all 3 mornings we were there and were impressed with the offerings. There is an additional charge for the breakfast. The staff was pleasant to deal with and everyone spoke english.
Stayed at the Keppler hotel in Paris for about a week in late August. We chose the larger executive room, which was nice. Still small compared to US hotels, but it was a decent size for Europe (and Paris in particular). Only downside of the executive rooms are that they all face inward towards the courtyard. It would have been nice to see out instead of in. Beds were super comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. The breakfast was pretty traditional buffet style with crepes and eggs and some variation of breakfast meat, bread, etc. Food was good and the service was wonderful. Everyone was really nice at the hotel. The bartender/bell hop/everything man, was awesome. We purchased some wine up the street at a Mono+ and called to see if we could get ice. He brought an ice bucket with ice and when he saw we had two bottles, offered to take the second bottle and keep it chilled at the bar downstairs! Then, when we wanted it, we just went down and enjoyed our wine on the couch in the lobby. He was incredible. Provided us menus of restaurants nearby that we could order from or go to and offered to help in any way possible. The location of the hotel is great. Close to Champs, the Arc and walkable to the Effiel Tower and the river. The only problem with the location is that the streets are small and going at odd angles and we got lost a couple of times. (lost as in we had to walk an extra block or two) :) Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Keppler.
There are so many good hotels in Paris, it's tricky to choose one. Had a fabulous weekend with my husband and this charming hotel added to our delight. The rooms are small, but always are in Paris, spotless and comfortable. City roof views out of the windows and in a good loco. Would definitely stay here again.
I normally stay at a different hotel in the area but decided to try Keppler because it was slightly cheaper and had good reviews. It's located on a very quiet street and walking distance from Shopping and the metro. That said, Rooms are tiny. There is no coffee machine in the room and even drinking water was charged for. For someone who visits Paris often, I will say there are other better options in the area.
The hotel Keppler is unique: cozy , yet elegant. The staff is so helpful and accommodating. The rooms have style and personality. The bathrobes are so comfortable, it is like wearing a cloud. The location in Paris can't be beat; a quick walk to the arc de triomphe, close to everything! I love it here and can't wait to come back!
I spent three nights at the Hotel Keppler, and all of the time I spent was delightful. First and foremost, I have to say that every member of the staff is top-notch. Everyone was friendly, approachable, and accommodating. The ambiance was serene (down to the scent of the lobby) and the rooms were of a good size for the price. The beds were very comfortable, the curtains were thick, and the soundproofing was ridiculously good. Overall, I am very impressed with the Keppler; I will be staying there again on my next visit! Also: the wifi is free and the concierge can line up drivers to and from just about anywhere in the city.
We booked the basic room and discovered it is only about 3 meters by 4 meters! Six steps from the head of the bed and you have passed the bathroom and you are in the shower. So tiny I have stayed in hotels with bigger bathrooms than my room. Not suitable for two people more than 24 hours, You have to buy the most expensive room if you want to get what is promised in the reviews and pictures.
This is a lovely hotel in a great location in Paris, easy to walk around with major sites just 5 - 15 mins away and bus & subway access just mins away. The rooms are on the small size but the standard room was fine for a couple with 2 large shuttered windows opening onto a quiet street. There is a well stocked supermarket just a minute away and a fantastic bagel shop at the end of the street for an alternative breakfast option. Amazing sound proofing, heavy curtains and a wonderfully comfortable bed made for excellent sleep at this hotel. Great shower and quality toiletries in the lovely appointed bathroom. Smart TV able to bluetooth music from your iPad/phone and cool adjustable lighting was fun. Well stocked mini fridge in the room and kettle provided on request. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Overall a great hotel, super comfortable and in a good city location!
Absolutely blown away at how amazing this hotel was! Nestled in a quiet location, but close to everything you want to see via foot or metro. The room was impeccable and the service even better! Next time I'm in Paris, this will be my place to stay again.
