The good: It is in a great location, and I was able to book Last minute. The bad: I was not given a key for my room (they were having issues) perfect no problem, was only there to sleep anyway. The next morning the new concierge demanded a key.. when I said I wasn't given one, and he kept asking for it! Then he needed to check I had paid for the room even though I gave him all of my details which showed it was paid. I asked him to call his co worker from the night before. Eventually let me go. Would not return.

Fabulous location. Staff were lovely and helpful. Renovations were underway and unfortunately lift broke down for 3 days. We were up on 4th floor. They offered to change our rooms to a lower level. Couldnt fault the staff. Merci beaucoup.

Friendly staff. Very good location. Clean. Quiet. Only observation was the room was extremely small to the point of claustrophobic, although not unusual in Paris....I felt this particular room was a little too tight for me. The bathroom was a real squeeze. But this minor inconvenience was alleviated by the reasonable nightly rates for this central location.

Clean small hotel with really good personnel.

Some rooms cannot accessible by lift :(( Can be a hurdle for people over 50, just like me. But the personnel is really kind. They carried my bag to the room. Thanks to all guys working there.
