Reception desk not helpful at all, asked for toothpaste and still didn't get it after 1 hour despite called the reception desk twice and had to go down myself to get it. Terrible checkout experience, the night shift didn't even tell me how much I paid for the tax, very rude attitude as well

This was a beautiful property with excellent service in a charming neighborhood that was conveniently located just a few steps from two metro lines. The staff were so welcoming and kind. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to return for another voyage!
