Hotel Balzac was in the perfect location and truly felt like a French hotel. All of the staff were very helpful and nice. I would come back here.

Location beautiful interior design and excellence of service

AVOID. At all costs. Staff is extremely incompetent and rude. Facilities, mattresses and other items are extremely outdated (mattresses sag in the middle from age). You can stay at so many nicer places for this much money. Strong suggestion - avoid!

Beautiful hotel, loved the staff and the historic building and rooms. Perfect location.

This is a nice hotel close to the champs. Clean room and nice bathroom. Staff was helpful. It is a little bit expensive and I think that is due to the location. Nothing wrong with my hotel but I probably wouldn't stay here again.

Great. Perfect location. Great staff. We had a junior suite - highly recommend it.

Small and nostalgic to another age. The Hotel was lovely French/Victorian. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We used the concierge like our personal secretary for reservations, medical supplies, directions, etc. I use a Mountain Walker to get around on foot and we were within walking distance of three michelin ranked restaurants and any shopping you might need or want.
