We had a weekend to Paris booked as we were doing the Bateaux dinner cruise.our room was on the first floor facing the road. No issues. Room was clean and tidy. Bathroom was a good size and bed was comfortable. I thought €14 each for breakfast was a rip off especially as the cooked items were not replaced from 10am in the morning we were there. I asked for bread so I could gave toast but it was all limited and a bit of a rip off really. But other than that staff were helpful it was fine and walking distance to station and arc de triomphe(about 10minutes stroll)

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. The room was reasonable and ours was quiet however the service is absolutely terrible. My husband & I had no hot showers for three days. The male staff member at the front desk Abdel, was rude and dismissive from the start repeatedly stating there was nothing wrong with the water. When he eventually came to our room he said to get out of the shower and turn on the sink tap which would fix it. When we finally demanded he call the manager a technician was called and the water was fixed. We were given a couple of free breakfasts by the manager to "make up for the misunderstanding". We were glad we did not pay for the breakfast as was very lacking in everything including bowls, cutlery etc. Problems occur from time to time with hotel rooms however in the past we have always had them dealt with politely and quickly. The management of this hotel should choose their staff more carefully. We will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rooms were very small and the lift too even their triple room. Location is just ok . Expensive for the facilities. However, the staffing is very good and responsive. They will help you with everything.

break fast is soo bad and small place no mora table to eat when i come to eat my break fast Iam not finding table only 4 table and all food finshed just i fiound cerial becouse the amount of food is so less

Good stay in this hotel nadege was so kind and helpful I like sleeping in this hotel beds are good quality and my friends and i really enjoyed paris is a beautiful city and the hotel is close to the champs elysees

Room 1 is on the ground floor off reception- apparently used when hotel is at capacity. I found it to be musty and smelling of smoke; fridge had half full wine bottle and used water bottle in it; carpet s quite stained; and there was an intermittent noise from the cupboard just outside the door that went on for most of the night and significantly disturbed my sleep. Friends said their rooms on other levels were ok but if using this hotel stipulate you do not want the ground floor room. I got the impression from staff that it doubles as a staff room.

This is an absolutely fantastic location, very quiet within minutes of the metro and you can walk to the Eiffel Tower in 15 mins. We stayed in room 10, it has free wifi, air conditioning, noon checkout and the staff are very helpful. We will definitely be coming back .

Amazing location, lovely hotel, absolutely friendly and helpful staff. A short walk to the metro, easy to get around. Breakfeast was great. The room was big and spacy, and clean. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here :)

The room was a comfortable size and the mattress was not soft or hard, just right for me.The bathroom was adequate. The curtains kept out the light, It was nice to have restauaunts, food outlets and the Metro close at hand

The lift broke down while we were there and we were on the fourth floor! It was highly inconvenient having to climb four flights of stairs each time, and it was very difficult to bring suitcases down four flights at the end of our stay!
