The hotel was walking distance from few of the places I wanted to visit. My room was lovely and clean. The first night I arrived the staff was not so nice, he was arrogant and weird, But the following days the other staff at the service desk were very friendly , nice and helpful. So I was happy overall.

My room was a single with a double bed and a small patio. The room was a good size for an single, so was the bathroom. The 5th floor location which had 3 rooms & patios in a series facing the street, mine was in the middle, was a big plus. The location was excellent and the room price was superb. No breakfast included. But the continental at 12.50 was tasty and more than enough delivered to your room if you prefer. No aircon. No problem for me on may 20-23.

Small but big enough and very comfortable with an amazing location to get to all areas of Paris. Would/will stay again on another visit.

Nothing fancy about this little hotel except that you are in the poshest of areas. It’s clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff is cordial and communicate well with English speakers. The cafes, bistros and brasseries on the block are quaint and offer good food and service. if you are looking for a way to see Paris comfortably without taking out a second mortgage you’ve found.

Hotel Alison was clean and staff spoke English. It is 5 minutes walk from the Madeline metro and in a quiet off-street section of the "ritzy" shopping district. No food service in the hotel or very close, really. No coffee/tea in the room. We stayed 3 nights and managed quite well. I felt like we would have preferred a hotel closer to metro, more central to coffee in morning / wine in evening. No complaints. We were on top floor and there was an adequate elevator.

One is right in the center of a wonderful neighborhood and the streets's name was Serene! Quiet except when the elementary school was in session but that did not interfere with hotel as there was no noise after 5 pm. Excellent breakfast.and good balance with fruit, breads ,yogurt and beverage. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Just what we were looking for. Located on a quiet street very close to The Madeline and major transportation lines. Very clean and comfortable.
